According to the house show reports from this weekend, she's now using the Styles Clash. Boo-urns, why can't she do like Kelly and take her finisher from someone who sucks. What's interesting about that Glam Slam video is that Beth doesn't release Michelle's arms like she does with everyone else. So she falls face-first. Some heat there, maybe? uk.youtube.com/watch?v=k4LjIP9bKJASo she used Angels Wings, now Styles Clash? Heh. Christopher Daniels & AJ Styles did make for a hell of a teaming.

I wonder what new finisher McCool's going to have. I wonder if it'll be a different type of DDT! My money's on the devastating Women's Slap!

that's what I was thinking....he doesn't like moves similar to his being used. If you don't believe me, just ask CM Punk where his Pepsi Plunge went! she is skinny though...and therefore not muscular....and thus weak...so she might not be able to hold them up to land the move safely enough to be using it. We don't really need to ask Punk that. He's said himself he didn't want to screw up his knees any more than the move frankly already has.

It's too similar to The Pedigree and the Glam Slam and frankly isn't realistic of a move for her.

When it is done by a person taller than the recipient (which McCool will be against all other divas), it looks good. Unfortunately, AJ is probably a little short to do it and have it look good against anyone that is not a cruiserweight, so why not have it used to good effect? The following video is my evidence to support those claims. Compare how it looks when Matt Hardy hits AJ with the Clash to when AJ returns the favor.

It's too similar to The Pedigree and the Glam Slam and frankly isn't realistic of a move for her. Understandable. I doubt Triple H would of been the one to shoot it down. I SERIOUSLY have trouble believing he'd feel threatened by it. It's not really fitting of her character, though, especially as a heel, since it's a little too "cool" of a move for a heel in her position. Beth gets away with it from her heat built up with Santino, and for her overall character of a powerhouse.

honestly i dont see why the glam slam comparison was even brought up, its not that similar since the glam slam gives the recipient far longer to get their hands down to protect themselves, bringing it up in the op just seems purposely inflammatory
and another thing that irks me about this is, where are all the people who are constantly talking about how mccool has unlimited backstage power due to her 'relationship' with the undertaker? so she can decide on every diva on the rosters push at a whim, but cant chose her own finisher?

I think people like to think they know what goes on backstage, so when something comes up that lends credence to the other side, they seem to sheepishly avoid aknowledging it.

Seconded. Same thing happened to RVD's double underhook facebuster. He used it on Jeff Hardy at InVasion, then the next night against Matt on RAW, then never again. It had been one of his premier moves in ECW.

It had been one of his premier moves in ECW. Nature of the beast. When you're on the same show with other guys, you try to avoid using each other's signature moves if you can, and finishers are usually the moves avoided the most. Otherwise, it makes for confusion, not to mention hurts individuality.

I am of the opinion that the Angels Wings move should not be used if the person doing the move cant protect the person taking the bump... McRibs is not strong enough to use that kind of move on someone bigger than say... Gary Coleman Whatchu talkin' 'bout, sucka?! He's not short, he's 'strategically sized'

She's going to switch to The Vertabreaker. And then the Shooting Star Press. (after traveling back in time before Evan Bourne showed up)

The constant Cheeseburger, McRib, omg so skinny stuff is just as irritating as the Mickie Arbys and Horse stuff. uhg. Would you prefer that someone force feed her a box of corn starch? I know... we can get 2 birds with one stone... we will feed McTaker a Crave Case from White Castle, and lock her in the boiler room with Kane... the results is that she will gain a couple of pounds and the ensuing gas explosion will scar Kane again and he will be forced to wear the mask again! Everyone wins... kinda. *slowly backs out of the room while avoiding eye contact*

I thought McCool's finisher looked like Awesome Kong's Implant Buster. Only with added "smurf she's going to drop her on her head" value.

The Angels Wings doesn't lift the opponent vertically into the air, it basically just lifts them on an angle so they can come down on their head. The move Michelle did had the double underhook taking the opponent straight up vertically, and then slamming them down chest first. So yeah, it's essentially Kong's move and not the Angels Wings.

Considering how fragile most of these women are, I can understand. I think they're more worried that McCool might crap up and injure someone.

She is using the Styles Clash?
Only good wrestlers are allowed to do it. As a Styles mark, I am insulted.
