Oh I see no car flags, bumper stickers with "#1 Cowboys fan driving". They are all in the trash. Check out this joke I got in a text the other day. Why doesn't Jessica Simpson like doggy style from Tony Romo? Because Tony Romo can't come from behind...... ;D

I understand, and always thought that way as well. Only, in my mind, the Mets/Jets are the B teams, and the Yanks/Giants the A teams. How dare you call the Mets a B team! They've only been the B team since... you know, forever. Thats how it kind of plays out in New York as well. To best explain, consider New York as five unique sections: Western NY, Upstate NY, NYC and Long Island. There's pockets of fans in every area, but to best sum up: - Western NY: Bills, Sabres (NHL is bigger than MLB) - Upstate NY: Giants, Yankees - NYC: Giants, Yankees - Long Island: Mets, Jets NYC is more of a pro-Jet town as I live in Brooklyn. Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn tend to be in the Jets camp while The Bronx, Westchester, Southern Connecticut and Staten Island (All part of the NYC Metropolitan Area anyway), are Giants fans. True but did they win that game? Hang on, aren't you a Redskins fan? And if not, talking smack about a team in the playoffs when your team didn't even make the playoffs is pretty lame in of itself. Or are you just reminiscing about the good ol' days? ;D

There's a difference. And I know you're still reeling from that massive Cowboy bloodletting, don't take it out on me, maan.

LOL I like how nobody is giving the Titans a chance to win. This team ain't flashy, they don't have "Divas" nor do they want trophies handed to them before the season starts. This team is so use to being looked pasted at, talked down to and shown no respect whats so ever. To that I say, awesome. This team likes living under the radar, because they do it's talking on the field. For a team that has been called "Over-rated" and "Lucky" must have never seen a Titans game before and know how they take care of business. And while Baltimore's vaunted defense is likely going to get more attention heading into the game -- in large part because of what it did against the Dolphins while the Titans rested at home, Tennessee was second in NFL scoring defense this season and Baltimore was third. I remember the game against the Steelers.....scoreboard brotha! It may be because the Ravens have no problems with literally killing a man, if they need to.

I'm hoping for Eagles over Steelers in the SB. KEYSTONE CLASH! It _can_ happen, but I don't see it. The Eagles are a Feast or Famine team. They either play really well, or really horrible. Even if they manage to get past the Giants, I don't see them getting into the Super Bowl unless they manage to be up against The Buzzsaw that is the Arizona Cardinals in the NFC Title Game. And at that point, I don't think they can beat the Ravens or the Titans. MAYBE the Steelers (they've already done it once) or the Chargers. The Eagles _CAN_ win the whole thing, it's just not very likely.

Then again, bandwagon Lakers fans are nothing new To get back to the point (yes, I think there is one amongst all this bickering), you calling out someone for ragging on playoff teams when their team didn't do squat, is sorta like Amy Winehouse calling out someone for being a drug addict.

WTF is with this Thread title! Meat is having his Carolina Panther fan card REVOKED! An ode, to my boy Jake: www.heraldonline.com/sports/story/1042767.html That's a good article about just what Jake brings to the table. He may not look pretty, but he got it where it counts.

Silly me. Could've sworn you were a Nets guy. Then again, bandwagon Lakers fans are nothing new I remember letting the masses know that the Lakers were my second team behind the Nets. And it's only been like that for eight or nine years now. But I'll let that condescending comment slide knowing you're a Cowboy fan living in Massachusetts. ;D And trust me, I'll gladly stop ragging when Boston fans stop blaming officials when their team blows a big game. They lost to Knicks! DAMN IT, THE REFS HAVE IT IN FOR US!

According to the Cleveland Plain Dealer, "indications grew stronger" Monday that a deal between the Browns and head-coaching candidate Eric Mangini was "imminent."
ESPN's Sal Paolantonio reports that Donovan McNabb still wants a contract extension in the offseason.
