The heel turn CANNOT happen until AFTER Matt loses the ECW Title. I don't know about that. You could have Matt make the turn while champ, costing his brother the belt so only one can be champ. Then you can have Hardy v. Hardy for the ECW title (really boosting ECW) or have Jeff cost Matt the belt and have the feud without the titles. Jack Swagger... Come on Down I was thinking that but, ECW has two faces right now, Hardy and Finlay. You turn Hardy heel and there is no one to feud with Swagger. You guys aren't gonna like it, but I'm gonna say it anyway. Ricky Ortiz You can also send a Smackdown Face who isn't doing anything over there since if Matt turns heel he's gonna be on Smackdown feuding with Jeff. That gives you several options. Helms, R-Truth, Even Khali could work. And you've got Tommy, Boogeyman, and Bourne currently on ECW.

Well once Matt turns they will need to find the right guy to be the top face of the ECW brand. Finlay and Dreamer won't cut it.

Don't you guys think that it would hurt Matt's career to turn heel because of jealousy? That would forever label him as inferior in the eyes of the fans. I don't think Matt should become a heel because he's jealous. I think the storyline should be that he's simply tired of being treated as the less important Hardy. Backstage, there should be multiple segments were other wrestlers imply that Jeff is better. He should just come out and say "Jeff, I'm proud of you but I need to prove I can beat you." I just think booking Matt as Jeff's attacker is just too much...

does this mean shannon moore will be bringing sexy... back? Fixed for TNT. If they do this, while it might not be as great as Bret/Owen, it would still rock.

Although Matt aligning with Edge would be awesome heel heat. But Seriously, I don't think people paid close enough attention to the end of Smackdown Go to the 5:25 mark of this clip. Watch Matt raise Jeff's injured arm. The whole thing was very random and to me is clearly leading to a heel turn. Otherwise it made no sense for Matt to be so "excited" about a count out non-title victory over Big Show

I think/hope they use Evan Bourne as the top face on ECW or at least have someone from Raw move over, maybe CM Punk could take back the ECW reigns, or something, idk..i'm lost..biscuits..*walks out*

I seriously see Jeff going crazy and turning heel on Matt.
Matt isn't the one on the cusp of insanity, his brother is.

I honestly think that the whole "pushing Jeff to new, unwanted heights" angle would work better. A jealousy angle would be a bit passe, and would be a rehash of an angle that they once did. Besides, there is always the issue of both Hardy's being ridiculously over as faces, making it hard to turn either of them heel. Which angle would make the fans turn on one of them better, a jealousy angle or an ungrateful little brother angle?

I'm just saying... dose he HAVE to turn heel? Ok... maybe he does. I don't think Matt will get a pin fall victory of Jeff and prove he's just as good.

LOL He got through the match without getting killed. Jeff's wrestled Show in the past. It's taken things like choking Show with wires, beating him repeatedly with chairs, and having both Matt and Lita interfere

From watching the ending of the match, it does seem a bit more like Matt might be turning heel with the over-excitement over a countout victory over Big Show.

Which angle would make the fans turn on one of them better, a jealousy angle or an ungrateful little brother angle? Let me tell you how I would book this heel turn. Matt Hardy turns on Jeff because of jealousy. Jeff is very torn to fight Matt but eventually has no choice. In their match Jeff wins but winds up seriously injuring Matt. Jeff is devastated and falls into a deep depression, acting very erratic. Edge see this as an opening and begins manipulating the fallen Hardy to do his bidding. Edge winds up pushing Jeff deep into insanity and winds up getting destroyed by Hardy. You then do a feud with a face... maybe HHH. This brings back Matt to try and calm his brother. Matt admits he was wrong and has no ill feeling to Jeff about injuring him. Matt ask for forgiveness but Jeff wont forgive him... he rather thank him for opening his eyes to what he truly is. Jeff could then destroy Matt leading to to the full fledged heel turn. I would also lead to a mega feud of HBK vs. Hardy via the draft.

Matt can't cut the promos Jeff does, where most of the audience goes "Heh?", but you know that it would mostly just lead to them tag teaming 3 months later.

I was thinking that but, ECW has two faces right now, Hardy and Finlay. You turn Hardy heel and there is no one to feud with Swagger. Evan Bourne will be back by then, perhaps. Even if he isn't, I guess they could use Dreamer again. I know Bourne could be back soon but, it looked like they were unofficially moving him to RAW ala Miz and Morrison. And if they want Ricky Ortiz to become the top face on ECW, well, that wont happen. He is nowhere near taken seriously enough to be one this fast. Maybe in the future but, not anytime soon. He has the charisma but, nothing else (fan support included). Dreamer is always there for a short thing but, does anyone really think he could win (marks, smarks, fans, casuals)? Now moving someone from Smackdown could work (Helms or MVP for the love of God) but, I don't know that they would do that.
