I was fortunate to catch a live taping in the summer of 1997. That was pretty awesome. It's true what they say, the studio does look a lot smaller in person.
Tonight's guests are supposed to be The White Stripes, but I do hope Andy Richter makes an appearance for old times sake.

I hope The Tonight Show with Conan is a lot like Late Night with Conan. I'm going to miss the guy.
I'm going to give Jimmy Fallon a shot, but I can't say I'm optimistic. I think he's an annoying twat, so ugh.

A great end for the Masturbating Bear.
The only negative to come out of Conan's jump to the Tonight Show is having to choose between Conan and Dave...
Well, at least choosing between Ferguson and Falon will be extremely easy.

Best thing ever was when triumph went and hung out with all the Star Wars nerds(I'm one myself) waiting on line to get tickets for Attack of The Clones. Funny As Hell. I still think a wrestler should take some of those insults and use them next time a fan is heckling him/her. The White Stripes would be a cool final guest, but I agree Andy needs to show up. It's just sad to see Late Night die (because Fallon WILL be the death of it) seeing as how I've been watching it since I was 2-3 years old. Hopefully all of the writers from Late Night and producers will be going with Conan and MW7. $20 says that tonights show has "New York" by Sinatra playing at least once.

Norm MacDonald's midget joke from gambling in Las Vegas clip? I'm also willing to say I'm probably one of the very few people my age who have been watching him since his first season. I've been watching him since I was 10/11 so I've literally grown up with the show. I'll always have a spot in my heart for Desk Driving, Dancing to and back from commercials, Staring Contests and the andy richter mascot finally found it. was a little difficult to locate but here it is starts around the 3:00 mark

Will NOT be watching Fallon. I warmed up to Conan O'Brien, he turned out to be great. I know of Jimmy Fallon's work.
I decline.
It begins again in June. Gonna count the days.

I'm pretty disappointed that the White Stripes are going to be stinking up the last episode. Though, I do have a small glimmer of hope that Andy Richter will at least make some sort of appearance.

BOOOOOO to you, sir. Conan and the Stripes go way back, and I for one am ecstatic that they are sending him off in style. Also, can anyone tell me if The Interrupter was on last night's episode? I haven't watched in on my DVR yet, and I'm PRAYING he gets a spot on the last week.

I'm pretty disappointed that the White Stripes are going to be stinking up the last episode. Though, I do have a small glimmer of hope that Andy Richter will at least make some sort of appearance. I always thought Bruce Springsteen should've been Conan's final musical guest seeing as he was the final musical guest on Late Night with David Letterman. Although things would be different than '93. Since at that time I believe the E-Street Band was broken up at the time, whereas if Springsteen did Conan in '09 he'd have the E-Street Band, especially since Max Weinberg drums for both the E-Street Band and the MW7. Oh well, too late now I guess, and atleast there was one great appearence by Springsteen and the E-Street Band on a Christmas episode of Late Night with Conan O'Brien. Has he made many other appearances on the show besides that one? Also, is it too early to start a WC Forum office pool pertaining to how long Late Night with Jimmy Fallon will last? Or should we wait 'til March when the show premieres?

Well. Every thing is good. Conan is now on Tonight, which is good because im not a Leno fan. And Falon takes over. Which is good too.

I'll miss the Masturbating Bear. I am happy that he found love with Carrie Fisher. Me too. I started in the first season, and I am 28 now. I am happy I can watch Ferguson now and not feel like I am missign soemthing worth while. I loved Conan babies, and Granny Conanny. The ice toilet was good. Anytime he talked to the Queen of England "Hello Corncob O'beanstalk!"

It's a damn shame that he never got to meet Forss Fagerstrom while in Finland. He should be the final guest! All he had to do was answer his smurfing door!
I'm not going to make it through tonight without getting choked up. Tonight's going to be like a dagger in my heart. Jimmy Falon taking over will simply be the salt in the wounds.

Well, in about 15 minutes, the final taping will be under way.
For those who may not know, I actually interned at Late Night about a year and a half ago, which came to an end with the beginning of the writer's strike.
It was a great experience, though, and everyone who works on that show are incredibly talented and wonderful people. Tonight is going to be really tough, but Conan worked his ass off to get to the Tonight Show, so I can't help but be happy for him.
