GRAN TORINO is what OUGHT to have been nominated, and won, BEST PICTURE, IMO.

I'm glad Penn won and I agreed with most of what he said.
I know he rubs people the wrong way..but that's what I like about him.
He is who he is, says what he feels and he knows how people take him. Yet he has enough balls to do it anyway.
