So they fired a guy with cancer whom they promised they wouldn't? Class. I can understand having to make the decision to release someone who can't do their job for you anymore, but not if you already told the guy his job is safe. If its true, then its disgusting. I would imagine there is more to the story though, or its out and out false.

If Mickie Henson wanted to keep everything quiet...then how did the observer find out?

If Mickie Henson wanted to keep everything quiet...then how did the observer find out? It does say he wanted to keep his illness quiet and now is probably pissed that WWE renigged on their word and made a phonecall

Not that this makes it any better
Also cut was Cappotelli. He won Tough Enough III alongside John Hennigan (John Morrison), and when both were in OVW it looked like he'd be the sure-fire future star and Hennigan was largely hopeless. But Hennigan turned out great and Cappotelli's career was cut short when he was diagnosed with a brain tumor. I believe he'd suffered some sort of head injury in a match from a chairshot or something and they forced him to undergo an MRI and the tumor was discovered. A few years ago he underwent surgery and apparently they removed the entire tumor -- plus ONE QUARTER OF HIS BRAIN. That is no joke and he's got the MRI posted on his Myspace. He said amazingly, despite losing that much of his brain, the rest of his brain compensated for it and the only issue he has is his upwards peripheral vision. He can't exert himself too much or his brain will start to bleed, so while he can go light in the gym it appears his wrestling career is over. WWE did keep him under contract for nearly four years after he became inactive, but then finally had to cut him.

Get Mickie or Layla to do Playboy then please. You don't need to wait for Playboy ;D She is a little too skinny in those pics, to be honest. Now that she has a little more meat on her, she is infinitely hotter.

Why would they want Empty Belly Belly in playboy. She's nothing but skin on bone.
And Victoria retired, didn't she?

Victoria might like the TNA schedule. I would mark for it, and may be more likely to start watching them on a regular basis again.
I doubt Flair is truly interested in TNA. I suspect that he requested his WWE release in order to claim that his income went down for his divorce. Once the smoke from his divorce clears, I suspect that Flair will return to the WWE.
As far as releasing Mickie Hensen, it is not as if this would be the first time that they released someone that they promised to keep employed despite a medical condition. Test was once released while injured, and Dawn Marie was released while pregnant. I am not saying that it is right by any means. In fact, I think it is pure garbage. I just am not surprised in the slightest.

I highly doubt Flair will go to TNA. He has too much respect for WWE to do that. He'll probably go back when his divorce comes through and needs the money although my friend is convinced that Flair will end up living in an apartment rent free on top of Triple H's garage!

::sigh::
Kelly's not being de-pushed because she lost a match to Beth. She's been losing to Beth for months now, even during Kelly's push -- which still exists.

You don't need to wait for Playboy ;D She is a little too skinny in those pics, to be honest. Now that she has a little more meat on her, she is infinitely hotter. Plus, no one's got a good look at those new boobs bar Kenny Dykstra and maybe John Cena. I know I wouldn't mind. And before the usual slew of heroes jump in with "There's porn on the Internet!!!!111", let me make a revelation: Girls tend to be more attractive to you when you are actually interested in them as people, and like their personalities. Faceless bimbos you see online for the first time? Not so much.

If Mickie Henson wanted to keep everything quiet...then how did the observer find out? , perhaps? (With apologies to Snitsky for taking his sig...and also to good taste...)But seriously, this is like....way worse than Bischoff firing people via Fedex. I mean, Henson is currently dealing with it. At least Matt Cappotelli had been dealing with it and was kept on well past he was in the clear. Eesh.

I wonder how they ask the divas.
Assistant walks into locker room "Anyone want to do Playboy this year. No repeats."
Victoria raises her hand.
"Not you"

Now they're going to have to compensate Mickie Henson.
That's a PR disaster right there.

Now a guy without insurance and suffering from lymphoma is screwed.
