I'm pretty positive he's going to be facing John Cena.

Its John Cena or Triple H. Nothing else makes any sense.

Has to be Cena. If he isn't wrestling John, Raw's main is going to be lackluster, Cena or no.

Austin is one bump away from being in a wheelchair so no A lot of people don't realize that Austin didn't stop wrestling because he had to or he would die/get seriously hurt. His doctors told him he could keep going for a couple of years, but it would mean he would be in a great deal of pain in his later life. He didn't think it was worth it so he retired. He's not like Bret. He can do one more match without seriously damaging himself.

Well if they want to go cross brand then yeah, that's actually the biggest Mania match left in the company probably. If they're sticking to the brands though, it's Orton/Cena or bust.

Putting Cena against Taker in Houston of all places would be suicide. Fans would literally riot if he broke the streak.

If they're sticking to the brands though, it's Orton/Cena or bust. Simple, HHH-Orton would be the defacto Raw main event, even though its cross branded. So Taker-Cena becomes the defacto Smackdown main event, even though its also cross branded. Steph has to repay her favor to Taker for showing up on Raw. What better payment then a World Title match?

I think you embrace the boo's, play it up as Cena playing a "road game" and basically lift the same story you used at One Night Stand '06 against RVD. If Cena can channel that performance you have an EPIC match.

...with Taker and Orton both winning and switching the titles on both shows again? I could go for that. Where would this leave HBK? A match with CM Punk ir John Morrison would be awesome actually.

I was thinking about who Cena would face at WrestleMania if Orton did in fact end up challenging HHH (who would have to win the Elimination Chamber in order for this to happen) and I couldn't think of one WrestleMania worthy opponent so I'm guessing Cena/Orton is what will go down.

In terms of the titles...you got it exactly right. As for HBK, theres a number of things you can do. He could win his freedom at No Way Out, but with Rebecca there, maybe JBL does something to her so despicable that they need another match. Maybe JBL wins and he makes HBK enter the Money In the Bank Match to win a title shot for him. The good thing about Shawn is no matter what they do with him, he'll steal the show. If they hadn't spent the entire summer on Jericho-HBK he'd make the perfect opponent for Jericho in this whole Flair-Rourke angle.

I originally thought Cena, but Orton VS HHH makes too much sense not to do it. Besides, when has Edge had a long title reign? He never seems to have the belt too long.
Anyhow, for storyline purposes Raw GM Stephanie McMahon makes a "trade", effectively swapping champions. HHH goes to Raw, Cena goes to Smackdown. From there Cena can take on Edge, Big Show, and even throw in Kozlov for a fatal fourway.....if not just take out Kozlov and make it a triple threat. I don't like the idea of Cena VS Taker, but I do like the idea of maybe Ted Dibiase or Cody Rhodes trying to break the streak to impress Randy Orton.

I think HBK will win controversially, making the JBL storyline drag out more. The two Texans battling in Houston makes sense, so extend the feud.
