Are they ever going to do a best seller series for Wii like they have for other systems? I refuse to pay full price at this point for Zelda or Mario Galaxy.

While we're on this topic, I read the Wii is the least played system out of the 3. So I ask this: if its not being played at all and its collecting dust, then WHY are people buying it? There's the Nintendo logo printed on it. I think that's a part of the reason. I hardly play my Wii. In fact, I think the major reason I bought it is the Virtual Console and Wii Sports. Hell I only owe one Wii game (No More Heroes) compared to numerous 360 games and several PS3 games. The reason why I believe the Wii sells well: buzz. This console has a positive buzz around it that Sony and 360 wish they had. Nintendo saw the playing field and knew they couldn't compete with PS3 & 360 in terms of graphics so they changed the rules by expanding the audience. Old people, parents, small kids can all play it. In fact, it worked so well that I would be shocked if the next gen systems by MS and Sony also don't have some kind of motion control like the Wii offers. Still the system lacks the online interface that is a trademark of the 360 and the blu-ray ability/friendly interface of the PS3. Will Nintendo drop the price on Wii? Eventually, but they're in no need to rush it. It was a couple months back when gamestop said they would be able to carry enough Wiis to meet demand.

I always like seeing people's excuses on why the Wii is popular.
I'll give you a hint, people don't buy it and let it sit in a closet at home just because it says Nintendo.
A lot of people buy it and play it for an hour or two a week because it's a great system to get a little nostalgia and just play some fun games.
There is a large market that likes to play games, just doesn't have time to play 50 hour epic RPGs or doesn't want to train on an online FPS for 40 hours before logging in to get BOOM HEADSHOTTED. They just want to play for 30 minutes and have some fun.
I love my 360, but I'm not going to go all fanboy and bash Nintendo. A lot of people just have Wii-Nes-Envy.

"Wii-nes-envy"...nice. ;D Yes, Nintendo showed with the Wii and DS why they've been a major player in this industry while others have left the field. When everybody in the industry was saying better graphics! Better graphics! Nintendo, as I said before, just went in a different route and it's why they lead in console sales today. Sorry Val, my post did seem like it was knocking Nintendo a little. I try to not be a fanboy if I can help it . I respect the big N a lot for what they been able to accomplish. Hell I thought the DS was a big mistake. Shows you what I know.
