Anybody else have a feeling Hogan may be in TNA in not too long? I'd say WWE but I honestly have no clue what they'd possibly have him do or if they'd even want him around, I respect what Hogan's done for the business but I just don't think he'd fit into the current WWE roster. Not as long as Russo is still with the company

what's the story on this? I don't really know. It was a long time ago. Apparently Vince offered Hulk Hogan a 400 000 dollar cheque for a Wrestlemania appearance and Hulk Hogan thought Vince was being cheap so he didn't go. "I would rather wipe my ass with that cheque" Hulk Hogan said in an interview. It was for Wrestlemania 23. Hogan admitted on that Bubba radio show, that Vince offered him $400,000 to be there, but Hogan wanted about $2 million and the biggest cut of the WM gate. And Vince told him, he wasn't going to do that. And Wrestlemania 23, just went on to have the highest buyrate in WWE history and be the highest grossing wrestling PPV in North America, and grossed more money than any other Mania.

I would be surprised if Vince still thinks Hogan is so big a draw that he would spend another 100,000 on paying him.
If ratings don't even go up when he shows up, he's not worth it.
Book The Rock or something, anybody who at least is worth it.

If you were in his place, wouldn't you want the money too?
People act like he's the only person who ever wanted money in this business and that everyone else is willing to work for free or next to nothing.
The guy made boatloads of money for Vince for many years, so it's not like Vince wouldn't want to help him if it came to that.

Its always been the same though. Hogan comes crawling back whenever he needs a paycheck. I do feel sorry for him because of the fact the Linda has obviously bled him dry but thats it. If he comes back I hope that Vince makes him job to Funaki.

I think we should be a bit nicer about a guy without whom we probably wouldn't still have a WWE to watch right now. I mean hey, by a lot of accounts he's an asshole, and he may be out of touch, but I've seen just as many accounts say that he's a great guy - and like it or not, he did a lot for this business. We're not talking about a Benoit here.

Book The Rock or something, anybody who at least is worth it. Sadly you are not wrong about Hogan. He's days of being a top draw for the WWE and the rest of wrestling world have long since past and I really can't see Vince shelling out the big bucks to bring him back anymore. Besides isn't he 55 or 56?
