And judging from previous years is it possible to buy them online from oversees countries, and is it likely to sell out quickly?

I think it's sometime in September or October. They were delayed for this year's due to Hurricane Ike, but that's usually when they go on sale.

The stadium shows don't sell out quickly. If it were in an arena it would sell out in the first hour.

I'm glad that's not the case here. I'm visiting friends in the fall and I'm saving up for that. So it'll take me a little longer to gather the money for Mania tickets.

After losing my Wrestlemania Live attendance virginity, I will most definitely be going to this.

Somehow I don't expect there to be a problem with getting tickets to WM next year to be honest.
If I were WWE I'd start selling tickets immediately in blocks of 5,000. Make a mini-event of it, announce that on June 11th (or whatever) ONLY 5,000 tickets will go on sale and try and hype that.
I really do not know how they're going to sell that place out.

I think last year they went on sale round about Sept/Oct I'm glad in a way as it'll give me time to save up for tickets I'm looking to go next year.

It would serve them (if they get the chance) to hype up how much drama has already been seen in that stadium.
- Boise State/Oklahoma Fiesta Bowl. - Super Bowl 42. - Texas/Ohio State Fiesta Bowl. - Arizona Cardinals clinch spot in the Super Bowl.

Arizona is also more of a tourist destination. Do you have a link to that 65,000 paid or was that just an estimate? They have a base of about 50-60K who will attend every year if they had the event in the middle of an Iowa cornfield. University of Phoenix stadium will be full on March 28, 2010.

Well everything is an estimate at the moment but I do recall reading (perhaps on the WWE corp website) that WM24 was around 64,000....wrestling observer though is a likely source, I honestly can't recall.

I just hadn't heard it officially. 65,000 in a tanked economy at an average ticket price of over 100 bucks is pretty damn impressive for a wrestling show. Capacity of UoP Stadium is only 63,000 so I reckon it will sell out or come damn close.

My guess is they'll probably sell 52,000 tickets, a few comps, bit of tape. I don't think WWE at the moment has the product to do legit large stadium sell outs anymore outside the top two hot-bed areas which at the moment have to be their traditional home-base of the north east and the UK>

They just sold 67,000 tickets at an average price of $100+ They'll sale 60,000 or more again in Phoenix. I can say with about 99% confidence the only arena that will see Wrestlemania in the near future will be Madison Square Garden in 2014.

I honestly don't think they will sell 60,000 ticket for next years event. I don't believe the location, the product, the economy are condusive to that. Of course all those things could change in 12 months time but if you imagine Florida as being much more of a wrestling base for WWE and for WM24 to sell 63,000 tickets is great but considering they had a maximum capacity of 74,000 for the event in the Citrus bowl it's really not that impressive that you sell 10,000 tickets less than you could have done. It costs a lot of money to run shows at big stadium events and legally you need to have X-number of security for each seat and as security arrangements have to be finalised long before you know exactly how many people will be there, having 10,000 essentially empty seats (in terms of how much money those seats are generating) going to people for no money at all to bump up the attendance, isn't very practical or desirable.
