Or a DJ Gabriel weekly dance-off invitational. You can't have a dance-off invitational without Tracey Smothers.

HHH/Morrison, Mysterio/Batista Good to know I wasn't the only one. I kind of see Tommy Dreamer in the first half.... it's mostly cause H's hair is pulled back and seems darker then usual.

I miss the Heat episodes right before a PPV starts, just to see how the arena looked. Oh, those were nice. Nearly as good as back in the old days when they scrambled PPVs, but you could still hear everything. I "watched" every PPV from WWF/WCW from 1995/2001 this way. Saved a hell of a lot of money! ;D

See Heat, Sunday Night. Year one. HeAT had sporadic great matches throughout the years. We had: Triple H vs. Maven He who must not be mentioned in the WWE vs. William Regal CM Punk vs. Val Venis Snitskydust tag team matches Okay, the matches on Superstars maybe the bottom of the barrel, but atleast they didn't have to tilt the barrel, hit it a few times and booked the grime that came out.

It'll be like Heat. It started with Austin, Rock, Taker, The Corporation, etc and ended up with Funaki, Haas, and the scrubs.

Remember the Natural Disasters/Money Inc. Tag Team Title change on the old-school Superstars? That was the greatest episode of WWF/E Superstars ever! This new one has a lot of history to live up to.

Like someone said it does help establish guys so I wouldn't mind jobber squashes (with honest, no-name jobbers, not jobbers with gimmicks) but I doubt it would draw. Is there any chance this show could just feature taped house show matches from around the country, sort of like Prime Time did? That way you get actual matches with a little different flavor from what's normally on tv.
In all reality though, after you've crammed in all the RAW/SmackDown recaps, PPV hype packages, "Did You Know" bumpers, and "special looks" at the latest WWE Films production, how much of the hour is there really going to be for anything else?

This looks like it could be another addition to the slippery slope of the end of the brand extension. I wouldn't be upset.
