Got this from the recent Raw house show report from Dublin. This is from f4wonline.com
*At this point Undertaker’s gong hit and the lights went out. The crowd went nuts. Then Tony Chimel told us about Undertaker’s retirement tour next April and also that at the Survivor Series Tour in November there would be, wait for it, a(nother) reunion of DX~! *
From this it looks like Undertaker is going for 1 more year and at the very most 2 years.

Too much improbability to be true. Why would Tony be telling something like that at a house show, and in a country they rarely visit, no less.

Well, just like Shawn Michaels, he could've given them a date of when he plans to retire so that they can plan ahead. The reasoning of the announcement is to get interest for the tour the next time they come around since it's the European trip, which they rely on heavily with domestic house shows not being as hot as they once were.

If he does retire next year I'd like to see Taker retire at Survivor Series next year 20 years after his debut.

Yeah, 20 years after the debut would be great.
I like the idea someone on here once mentioned of Kane being Takers last opponent, then Paul Bearer showing up and telling Kane that he had completed he was brought to do, then all 3 disappear forever.

After the let down of WM XX I don't want to see another Kane vs. Taker match.... I'd rather see them teaming up against DX or another main event team (Put Rated RKO back together). I like them having their last match together though. If it was Rated RKO I'd like Foley as the guest ref (if he's done with TNA) since he has history with Edge, Orton, Kane and Undertaker.

Tony Chimel announced that WWE would be back in Dublin at the end of the year for two different tours, one is called the DX Tour (does this mean DX are re-uniting again?) & the Undertaker’s Revenge tour. Both at the end of 2009. Tickets fot the DX & Undertaker tour are on sale from April 24th 2009 from Ticketmaster.
thats what i read, revenge not retirement!?

I was hoping he'd go 25-0 Now that is impossible. He is 44 now after 17-0 and that would mean he becomes 52 and still wrestles which is insane. He will retire at Survivor Series 2010. It all makes sense. 20 Years later think about it

Yeah i thought it was called the Undertaker REVENGE tour as well. Maybe Chimel got it wrong since everywhere says its revenge.

Dude, I take this as a grain of salt. A House Show report is not how there going anounce the end the Undertaker's career and not a retirement tour of house shows. It already been reported that the Tour name is the Rest in Piece tour and that it was only used to sell tickets and nothing to do with Taker retirement. This is the same kind of report that claimed the Undertaker's knees are so horrible that he was "hitting" his knees to get feeling in them or whatever it said. Yet everyone believed it. But you watch him he doing things that a guy with horrible knees wouldn't be doing.
