Under-rated/under-utilized, I'd throw Dynamite Kid on there. I'm talking as a WWF singles wrestler; Dynamite never really got his due. He got a little push in the Wrestling Classic tournament (made the semi-finals, I think) and his battles with the Cobra & Tiger Mask on Prime Time were amazing for that time. But, he really got nothing from it. He never got that "Chris Benoit push" to the top.
Speaking of the Bulldogs, I'd have Davey Boy Smith #1 on the list of guys who never won the NWA/WCW or WWF World title. You can throw in Owen if you wish, but he just didn't have that World title vibe. I think I-C was as high as he'd go. Sorry, but it's the truth.

The problem with Dynamite was he came along 10 years to early. By todays standards he would be small to average size sort of like Eddie Benoit and RVD, but back then next to all the roid monstors of the era and with cruiserweight wrestling practically unheard of he looked too small to ever warrant a singles program.
