Personally I like "cheap heat". Try telling me the Rock's song about Sacramento wasn't amazing. It's just something for the live crowd and an easy way to make it obvious they're a heel. It's not like they mock the same city every week. You might as well say "How come Kofi slaps hands with fans in the aisle? He's not slapping hands with me dammit!"

To be fair, the Yankees hate is shared by MANY people all over America (mainly because of Steinbrenner and the incredible amounts of money spent to rob other cities of their baseball stars), so even if they go for the cheap crowd pops in Boston, people in Los Angeles, Texas, Florida, Seattle, Chi-Town and elsewhere will get it and appreciate it too.
