Now people can shut up about Randy Newman, who it so obviously wasn't. I e-mailed Jim Johnston, the composer of WWE's original music, and he said that Phillip Namanworth sings it. Here's a page I found on the guy, with samples of works he's done. www.fretlesspm.com/males/pnam.html

My, aren't we clever?
I don't care. Everyone was wrong, and that's all I care about. Go cry about HHH.

Nice try, but you can never kill a Wrestlecrap Joke off...
People tried it with nash's quads...
People tried it with HHH's No-Jobbing
And People tried it with Scott Hall's... Personal Demons

If it's not Randy Newman, then it's very Newmanesque. And seriously, Max, lighten up a bit. It was a joke, we all knew Randy Newman wasn't writing songs for WWE. It was a joke, a bit of humor, a cleverly devised statment used to illicit laughter and/or amused sounds from other carbon based sentient beings.

His last name is NAMANworth. Hmm replace that first "A" with an "E", flip over the first "M" and add another "M" right after that and you get NEWMANworth. That's clearly a phrase that will be posed as a question: "What's Newman worth?" obviously in this case, he was worth whatever the WWE paid him to sing Rob Conway's entrance theme. This is so obviously an attempt by Randy Newman to mask his identity, but I won't fall for it! I shan't! NEWWWMAAANNNN!!! I'LL GET YOU IF IT'S THE LAST THING I DOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

The first time I heard it I thought it was Newman, but now I'm just exacerbating the situation because someone copped an attitude over a joke.

Yeah, I wasn't under the impression that people actually thought it was the real Randy Newman singing the song. I know I didn't. I thought people just thought the guy sounded like Randy Newman, and it gave us an excuse to make Family Guy jokes about "left foot, right foot"! (Very funny Family Guy episode, by the way!)
