Hell yeah. Or BBQ sauce. I can't eat mustard or relish, so there's only one other condiment to turn to.

I personally think ketchup on hot dogs is disgusting. Mustard all the way.

You need something to counteract the taste of horse That's not horse. It's lips and assholes. And this is why I only tend to eat Kosher hot dogs. Much better quality meat.

All I eat on hot dogs are ketchup and chili. I despise mustard.

I had dream about condiments and hot dogs. A voice told me "No relish, no mustard." It didn't say anything about ketchup.

I f***ing hate ketchup. I don't even put it on fries. On a hot dog, the following are acceptable:
1: Mustard(depending on the dog--deli, angus, ect, I'll use a different type of mustard).
2: Chili/coney sauce. A&W makes the best damn coney dogs evar!!!!
3: Relish, but only dill relish. I hate sweet relish.
4: Nothing at all.
5: Get one 'Chicago style'. You'll never look back.

I will eat ketchup on my hotdog, but usually I'll just go for chili & cheese, with some onion chunks.

I also like it Iowa Style.
Line of Mustard, a strip of crispy bacon (Peppered Bacon for extra yums) alongside the 'dog and slivered onions.
Thing is, it requires one of the larger deli style (or Old School skin on) style 'dogs to do it right.

Do you subscribe to the notion that Ketchup does not belong on a Hot Dog or do you dollop the stuff on with reckless abandon? I used to like my hot dogs naked, but sure, liked ketchup. Unfortunately, having diabetes now means I gotta go easy on ANY toppings, assuming I have any at all. EDIT: And yeah, I only do kosher dogs too.

I put it on sometimes.
Lately I've been using relish more. As long as it's got vinegar in, it's good.

Put it on.
I never liked mustard until I was like 20.
Now I mainly put mustard (YELLOW!!!!) and Kraut on the dogs. Maybe some relish too.
But I like hot dogs so much you could put anytthing on there and I'd devour it.

It's either mustard or just plain.

It's acceptable if nothing else is available, Coleman's English Mustard is the way to go though.
Unless it's one of those crappy rollover hotdogs you often see in cinemas or football grounds over here, they need as many sauces as possible so you can't taste the "meat".
