The only places I've actully flown to were Las Vegas and Amarillo but livng where I do no airport's really close so whichever has the best fares I go to.
I know I've been to Columbus Dayton Cincinatti Las Vegas Atlanta Denver Detroit Dallas/Ft. Worth Amarillo JFK in New York (Pretty sure that's here I was, long late night flight, weird place for a Las Vegas-Columbus transfer) Minneapolis?/Milwaukee? (one of them at least, maybe both) Houston (I think?)
probably missing a few due to late night/early morning tired as hell and don't care where I am-ness. Hard to remember all the connecting flights.

Let's see if I can remember everything:
Dayton International Airport (June and July 2003) Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (June and July 2003; March 2009) Orlando International Airport (June 2003) Toledo Express Airport (March 2009) Detroit Metropolitian Wayne County Airport (March 2009) Memphis International Airport (March 2009) Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (March 2009)
That is everything.

Oddly enough, not all that many; many of my summer trips have been road trips.
But off the top of my head:
-Newark Liberty Intl. Airport -London Heathrow -Orlando -Rome -Milan -St. Thomas (Virgin Islands) -Miami
Oh GOD, did I hate Miami. My dad and I had left the Virgin Islands a day early to get home for work, missed a connecting flight due to plane maintenance trouble in St. Thomas, and then ended up being delayed in Miami for 2 hours...then 3 hours...then switched gates...then 5 hours...switch gates again...8 hours...switch again...12 hours...

Not many: NOTE: The first three I have little to no memory of because I was five at the time I was at them.
UK: Manchester Airport Heathrow (London)
Australia: Charles Kingsford Smith (Sydney International) Tullamarine Airport (Melbourne International) Moorabbin Airport (light aircraft airport. Part of a school trip).

Let's see...
None.
I AIN'T GETTIN' ON NO PLANE!
Okay, I've actually been on one airstrip. Selinsgrove, PA. It's a fairly small one, although my dad did catch a chartered flight for work from there to the Carolinas. Some friends and I stopped off and watched a few planes take off at night.
