I liked the Mean Street Posse because...I don't know. I just really liked them. How can you not like someone named Pete Gas?

I like Cherry because of a random newz story where I heard they fired her because she was fat
I like Mickie mostly because of her stomach
I mark hard for Brooke Adams because of her ass
I like almost any wrestler with a gothic/occult theme, even though that's not who I am in real life at all. Shannon Moore comes to mind. I'd start liking Kelly Kelly and Michelle McCool if they had piercings and black hair. I actually tend to DISLIKE those people in real life
I like Domino more than Deuce because Domino was the one who was fired
I like Portia Perez because I heard about her screaming "It's Saturday" in response to "where's your schoolbus" chants
I like Rhino because of GORE! GORE! GORE!
I like Sting and Kane because I liked them before I started watching wrestling for no apparent reason
I like Kevin Nash because when I first saw him wrestle he had gray hair, which I found badass
I like Charles Robinson AND I DONT KNOW WHY
I don't think I'd care about Jesse if he never partnered with Festus.
I like Charlie Haas because of the impersonator gimmick, I didn't before, and now I still do even though he doesn't have it anymore.
I like Hacksaw Jim Duggan because of HOOOOOOOO and USA USA
50% of why I liked Mike Knox is the beard
And I can't believe I forgot the worst of them all
I only like Ashley because she was on Survivor

I like Dolph Ziggler for his superb theme music, Mike Knox for his beard, and Bull Buchanan for...actually I still don't know why.

I liked the Mean Street Posse because...I don't know. I just really liked them. They were actually funny. That's the thing, you can have humor in wrestling. But doing it by aping on standard professional wrestling stereotypes (instead of, you know, the whole Johnny Knoxville debacle) means you can actually have it be both 'funny' and 'wrestling'. I mean, hell, a rough and tumble street gang from the mean streets of Greenwich, CT wrestling in their cricket sweaters? Awesome stuff.

I will always like Hulk Hogan, based solely on childhood nostalgia.
I don't know if that counts as a silly reason or not.

How about liking someone based solely on the fact you hate their opponent? It's an uninspired, short lived fandom, but it happens.

I liked Owen Hart only because my brother liked Bret.

I started liking HBK for his hairstyle ( not the rockers one) I used to have it myself, but let's just say it looks SLIGHTLY better on him.

I had more respect for Chuck Palumbo and his WWE F.B.I. gimmick when he wrestled half the match with a cigar in his mouth. I thought they really could have went somewhere with this angle. '

I liked Dolph Ziggler because I thought it was cool he debuted on a WWE.com video instead of the usual RAW/Heat debut everyone else gets. Then when he became Nicky, I liked him because I read his wikipedia page and he seemed the most interesting despite being the main-seller of the group. I also loved the girlish scream he did when facing someone stronger than him.
Now that he's Dolph, I like him for his cool intro music, that apron kick, and the fact that's he orange.

I started marking out for Khali when he began using the Kona Clutch (Vice Grip) as his finisher.

I like Battle Kat simply due to the fact that...he looked like a giant kitty! I like Tyson Kidd because he reminds me of Kid Muscle with his...unique hairstyle. Way back in the day, I liked "The Rapmaster" PN News for reasons I still can't even begin to understand.

I get this more so in Indy wrestling when I am unfamiliar with people, but I tend to like or dislike wrestlers based on the quality/coolness of their kickpads.
