In this thread we'll be sticking it to PETA and discussing the tastiest meats. I'll start off with Kangaroo. It's quite tough and stringy but nothing tops it. And I'll not be considered a monster for eating them.

Funnily enough kangaroo would have been my choice. A honorable mention goes to ostrich.

Buffalo/Bison
It tastes REALLY good. It is kind of like beef, however, Bison meat has next to no fat(the animals DO look rotund, but they are all muscle), meaning it is actually one of the healthiest meats around. It is easily the healthiest red meat in the Americas.

When cooked well, lamb and venison are probably the tastiest. I like ostrich and kangaroo, but quite often the latter disagrees with me.

Most reptiles taste like chicken/poultry to some extent, which is a good thing.

Lamb, veal, and venison are all quite tasty. Double points for the fact that most of them are cute as well (which get people more up in arms).

I love buffalo/bison burgers. I prefer them over hamburgers, tbh.
I also love venison. It gets a bad wrap by some, but everyone I know who speaks negative of it, got a crappy cut. If there's a piece of fat on it big enough to see, it's gotta go. Even if it's after it's cooked, don't eat it. Venison fat is the polar opposite of porkfat. It's grizzly and girmy and sticks to the roof of your mouth like peanut butter, only it tastes like ass and has a sort of sandy texture.
I love squirrel pot pie as well.
Rabbit is also delicious, although it always tends to offend some. My dad made my grandfather some for his retirement party and he said it was the best meat he had in ages.
I like a good shark steak every now and again, heavy on the butter. It's one of the few seafoods I always enjoy when I have (along with catfish, crawdads and mussels).

I like lamb if it's done well, but prefer it in Greek Cuisine rather than a rack of lamb. I live a good Gyro, especially with extra Tzatziki.
But honestly the best prepared meat I've had has been a tie between a delicious Venison medallion I had about a year ago or so, or my favorite seafood of all.....Squid.
The texture takes some getting used to for some people, but it is damn good.
If we're going for "classic" meat I love Pork. I prefer pork to beef in most cases because it takes flavor well and retains it's moisture better when properly cooked.

Hell, I'll eat any animal at least once.
Man kind had a period of time several thousands of years ago where they ate anything they found. If they survived then, why can't I feast on ostrich, shark, and dolphin?

Lamb is really good with enough spices. Pork is the greatest meat ever, outside of Human meat that is

I like lobster and shrimp. Of course lobster pretty much just is shrimp...only on steroids.

Pork. Pork chops, marinated in fish sauce then deep fried, is tasty, especially when the skin is crisp and the fat is still soft. And there's also Chicharon.

Call me boring, but pork > all.
Ostrich, duck and turkey tied second.

Venison. And being in a family of hunters means I get as much of it as I want.

Pigeon is good, only problem is you don't get a lot of meat on a Pigeon.

Pigeon is good, only problem is you don't get a lot of meat on a Pigeon. True. Lot of people don't realize that pigeon tastes REALLY good. I mean there was a reason why many early European colonists of North America hunted most of the local species either to extinction or near-extinction. The bastards tasted great....
