I love Dolph, he's a great wrestler. I hope the rumors of him feuding with Taker are true, I'd be hilarious if he introduced himself to him backstage.

He made the Playmaker look effective.
THE PLAYMAKER
If that doesn't say all you need to know about his selling, I don't know what will.
I want Dolph to stick around forever just to see his wacky sells, and he's pretty awesome too.

Wasn't his gimmick originally supposed to be a play off of Dirk Diggler?

He's great at selling, great in the ring in general I think. Hope the lad sticks around.

Wasn't his gimmick originally supposed to be a play off of Dirk Diggler? The last Smackdown had a backstage segment where Layla/Maria/Eve were discussing this very fact. I think Ziggler needs to revive the old Val Venis porn-promo gimmick!

I know this isn't a nice thing to say about anyone, but he reminded me a lot of billy gunn with the hair, his outfit and how he was selling. This post really makes me chuckle for some reason. I think it's just the concept of Billy Gunn's stock having fallen so far, that even comparing another worker to him is considered a shot at them. Also laughing, good point. I can see the comparison, though Dolph makes me think more of Hennig.
