Sal Bellomo is a mad man!
If I'm correct, this is from the first episode of ECW television. It's amazing, from this video, what ECW eventually became.

Just 2 years after this, the company was a wildly different beast.
That video just feels weird compared to the ECW I know of.

Just 2 years after this, the company was a wildly different beast. That video just feels weird compared to the ECW I know of. This was when ECW was still firmly under the control of the NWA. Even 6 to 8 months later, thanks to Paul E's influence, it was a VERY different, feral beast with a packed building of rabid fans. And it was AWESOME. ;D EDIT: Before this, I think the only thing Sal Bellomo was known for was being the WWF jobber that got called a "dumb wop" by Roddy Piper.

If you just listen to the commentary, I'd swore that was Eric Bischoff calling the match with Terry Funk.
And glad I'm not the only one who remembers Salvatore Bellomo's jobber days.
