Apparently Jarrett nixed the Snow/Foley feud - or just some aspect of it? - and I don't recall seeing anything since the PPV about Snow appearing on Impact.
Is his TNA stint already over?

Not sure if its over already but what a waste of time it was anyway, I like Al Snow, but what has he done to merit coming straight in to a big time feud?
Lets get this straight this was a Russo Rous, he wanted everyone to talk about who it could be, Austin Rock and Funk, then bang, you get one of the two lowest level guys
I do think Funk was wanted, they probably couldn't agree a deal with him so used Snow to rush though with things

Im sure he's gone.
Perhaps his arrival was only meant for the PPV to get somebody out there that can serve as a distraction to Foley and make sense. It did. Foley is getting deeper into the MEM, Angle/Jarrett storylines, and he still has his little thing with Alex Shelley. Foley is involved with too much right now to have a mostly non wrestling feud with Al Snow, which would simply be over a bunch of pranks and jokes anyway. Snow smacked him in the face, id say that enough payoff for a bunch of harmless jokes, only Russo would make a long term feud out of something like that. JJ was right.
I also think Mick Foley is going to turn heel soon. So i don't think Al Snow will be back.

I don't mind one-shot appearances. As long as they don't bury anybody or take over the show, it really adds to the feeling that anything can happen. I loved that about the weekly PPVs.

I remember hearing he was signed or something on PWInsider.
It might be just a Consequences Creed thing, where they need to find something for him to do. Maybe he also needs a new name.

Let's face it, Snow was a terrible choice. Serves TNA right for hyping up something without a guarentee it would happen. Should havehad Funk lock and stock before hyping it like that. What, like he was going to show up just cause you hinted he was? Please.

Terry Funk coming out to help Kurt Angle would not have made any sense at all. Al Snow coming out to slap Foley made sense because Foley has made an arse out of Al Snow for quite some time.
Why would Terry Funk come out to help Kurt Angle? They(Terry and Mick) are good friends for real, and in kayfabe. Terry Funk coming out would warrant further explanation and make it so there has to be a feud. Then TNA bashers would be laughing at TNA for having Terry Funk on TV and also nitpicking how it makes zero sense. Al Snow is a guy that could come in and smack Foley for all the jokes and that's it, payback in form of a slap in the face and taking Foley's focus of his task. That's how Mike Tenay sold it on the PPV as well. I doubt they had any significant plans for Snow. Of Course Russo is always thinking of a million things his top talent can do at one time, but no chance of a Snow/Foley feud at this point.
I doubt they were trying to get Funk. They were just giving false advertisement to get people ordering. Which isnt cool at all, i think they changed the announcement before the PPV, but im sure Al Snow was the only guy they could think of that was available and made the least bit of sense.

Foley cut a promo on Funk for ONS2 ripping on Funk for not coming to his Hardcore Legend ceremony because Funk wanted more money than they were offering him to show up. Foley then told him something to the effect that he would spit on his grave for free. They could have played off of that and the ONS2 match as to why Funk would have had legit beef with Foley.

Well, that would be grounds for a beef. I never saw ONS2. So maybe they did try to get him. If they had to get a guy on short notice, Al Snow was still a good emergency pick up because it still made sense, it just made their ads false.

They missed an opportunity for a tag team imo. Al Snow and (Eric Young's unusually shaped) Head. Maybe next time

If he never shows up on TNA tv again it would be too soon. Let it drop Russo. He has a mile of talent and experiance but no name and no heat what so ever. The only person capable of killing heat more effectively is a fire fighter
