The case on tfmcmg seems like a random lurker vote. He hasn't said anything scummy, but he also hasn't done much so far except defend himself. I don't see a good reason to lynch him over any other lurker.
I get the feeling that lurkers are being targeted by some players instead of just being prodded to post more. I just don't see how "Lynch Random Lurkers" should be anything but a last resort for a town player. Some interactions seemed about drawing out information, and others seemed somewhat off.
I debated whether or not to name names since it's mostly gut at this point, and decided not to. I need more time to build a case, but I think I've said enough for anyone to follow up on if I die tonight.

So I have been away for a bit, and come back and totally get the feeling that Sweet isn't mafia, and maybe I was looking in the wrong place when I voted him. Although, the vote on him DID begin discussion and get mostly everyone involved. And that brought forth Gunslinger as someone that was scummy, and there were a lot of interesting theories on him regarding that. Just when I was getting ready to chance my vote to him, this happened though: You know what, I've been paying attention to the discussion, I've been thinking about who could possibly be Mafia, and honestly, I'm still not sure at this point. But I do know one thing. VOTE: GunslingerReasoning? It's simple. Twilight's gotta go. VAMPIRES. DO. NOT. SPARKLE. D2 has been out of the thread for the most part, jumping in and jumping right back out... and only UNVOTED the above after a post that questioned what he did, and brought up how scummy it was to do that. I feel that he felt pressured to remove his vote because of this, and that he is Mafia trying to jump on a bandwagon against Gunslinger. So... UNVOTE

VOTE: D-lirious-2Meat, that's a very solid point that I feel like I and others overlooked. After word he said that he didn't read the votes and realized that Gun had the possibility of being a lynchee even after saying he's been following and reading the discussion. Kind of a big thing to miss there D... UNVOTE

Because i feel that those on the Gunslinger bandwagon may be scum i'm going to help the town out and reveal that my character, Peeta Mellark, knows Gunslinger to be innocent. If you lynch him today you are lynching a 100% District Rebel (townie).
If doing this makes me the target of a Capitol night kill, so be it.

Rather quick to jump on a newly formed bandwagon there Jazz.
So time for a serious vote. Personally, I hate voting on Day 1. Yeah, it seems scummy, but there are a lot of abilities out there that give the town an advantage after one night. That's my feeling on the subject. After more reading, and some gut searching. I'll go with what seems to be the logical decision.

EBWOP if there happens to be a protector role in this game i'd be grateful for some protection tonite. Likewise, if there is an investigative role that doubts my claim feel free to investigate me. I am 100% telling the truth.
Also, while i still feel jag is scum, i can't ignore the blatant bandwagon drive by vote that D2 just laid down on a certified townie.

It's interesting how you happen to come up to bat for Gunslinger when an argument arises for bandwagon voting and I get hit.
I honestly threw it away as a joke vote, thinking there was only 1 vote on Gunslinger. The numbers slipped my mind, and when I went back and read, I realized my mistake and how it looks like I'm scum trying to go with a random drive by vote. I based my entire vote based on my intense hatred for Twilight, and that being the first thing I saw.
If you feel like lynching another townie, then jump aboard the bandwagon and lynch me. It will be a mistake. You talk about not wanting to give the Mafia an advantage? You're doing it now.

Rather quick to jump on a newly formed bandwagon there Jazz. Whatever makes you sleep at night D. I think your mistake was more of a cover for people just reading for bold text, the numbers are the most important thing in this game and you forgot them? A bit late in the game and with someone with your WC mafia game experience a fatal flaw in your plan.

Hm. Interesting. D2 claims to have kept up with things and so votes for someone, but then jumps away from that vote when called out on it by saying he wasn't aware of how things stood. Yet... if he had been keeping up with things as he claimed, wouldn't he have known that?
Then, he throws a vote at jag without really explaining why, nor does he explain why he didn't vote for jag in the first place. To me, this comes across as him just trying to save himself. And while Townie and Mafia both are capable of this, it comes across as suspicious (to me) in light of other evidence.
Plus, now that I think of it, D2 meets the active lurker status that so many Mafia members have had in the past. Unless I overlooked something, he hasn't really gotten involved with any of the big discussions that have gone down since the day began.
Yes... very interesting indeed.

Actually D2 was heavy on my suspect lists to begin prodding in the next round but I was keeping quiet to make it through the night and see what the random poking on the more twitchy lurkers was going to reveal. Still he didn't strike me as to scummy until his random Jag vote. Of all the people to jump your vote to Jag seems really random at this time. In fact if you hadn't voted for him until now I see no reason to from anything recently. He has virtually dropped off the radar and out of discussion. The only reason to vote for him now would be to see he gets lynched over someone else. Unvote Vote D-lerious 2

Not sure what to say. But I can't lynch a day one case when someone comes to defend the suspect so forcefully.

One step closer to a Mafia victory. Congratulations.
Talk about a bandwagon. In the time span of an hour I've gone from 0 votes to 5.
Everybody, take note on those to started the charge. Cause it's obvious I'm the first one lynched. Somebody who had the ability to really help the town later on. And no, before you ask, I can't, and more importantly won't, say anything about my character right now. I'm not going to play the Bundy card and go "Oh look, I'm town and he's town cause my role said so." Didn't that almost fool us once before? Why, I believe it did.
Think twice people. And, more importantly, think for yourself.

Just speculation, not trying to role fish.
It seems likely that Bundy is claiming to be masons with Gunslinger. I don't see an advantage for mafia to fake claim as Masons, as it opens up two of their members to a lynch if there are real masons. They already have far fewer numbers, and I think it would be incredibly foolish.
As for D-lirious-2, that vote is probably the scummiest thing I've seen in the game so far, especially this close to the deadline. It seems like you're claiming to be a town power role, but you have no credibility imo since you haven't been contributing to the thread.

Either you have a power role which you might as well claim and try to stave off the lynch or your really over-estimating how helpfull you have been to the town so far. How were you planning on helping the town, by joke voting us into a lynch?

Oh, I'm of absolutely no help right now. The key thing is "later on". That's all I'm saying on the subject.
*pulls out a silver platter*
Just go ahead and put the game on here and hand it to the Mafia. Because they're salivating over a Town lynch Day 1.
