So in the WWE game I've been playing since 2006 (in game time), I was thinking of adding an all women's show. Now my current women's division consists of: Alicia Fox Angelina Love Beth Phoenix Brie Bella Daffney Eve Torres Gail Kim Jillian Hall Katie Lea Kelly Kelly Layla Maria Maryse Melina Michelle McCool Mickie James Natalya Neidhart Nikki Bella Rosa Mendes Serena Velvet Sky Victoria I was gonna raid TNA (again, after I stole the BP and Daffney from them) and add: Alissa Flash Awesome Kong Hamada Sarita Now would that be good enough talent for a women's show? Get rid of Kelly Kelly, the Bellas, Jillian Hall, Maria and Rosa Mendes, and pick up Daizee Haze, Sara Del Ray, Cheerleader Melissa, Sarah Stock, Mercedes Martinez and MsChif from SHIMMER. Jed Shaffer ~If you're gonna do an all-woman's show, make it count. The Playmates and the Maxim models are useless filler. Well that's the thing, the ones that can't wrestle have pretty high overness so the overall match rating balances out.

But you'll have a hell of a time KEEPING the talentless eye-candy over if they put on crap matches. And it'll hurt the actual good workers in the long run as well. Putting two quality workers against each other will work much faster, and for far longer. Using eye-candy is a short term solution, but a long term problem. Using more quality, but less over workers is a better long term solution if you want sustainability and company growth.
Jed Shaffer ~So keep a couple of the bimbos for announcers and filler. Trust me, you want workers. When you get in a war with a rival, it'll count.
