So how is Cena/HHH stale now? They've wrestled twice as opposed to Orton/HHH part 2123242 Stale replaced buried as the IWC buzzword of the month. People throw it around all the time even if it doesn't fit in the context of what they're saying. The general consensus is "Raw is stale" so everything that happens on Raw is now described as stale even if it isn't.

Stale because it's the same two guys that have been in the main event scene for the past God only knows how long, only now they're facing each other.

I'll hold up my hands and say, yes, Triple H versus John Cena is not a singles match I have seen dozens of time and so is not in itself stale. It may be considered part of a stale World title scene on Raw, but it is not a stale match in and of itself.
That said, I still have little interest in watching it.

Stale Stale Stale Stale Stale Stale.
If it's a half decent match I'll be happy.
Stale Stale Stale Stale Stale Stale.

I agree with what's been stated above. HHH vs Cena is not stale, it's the entire Raw Main event scene that's stale. The match will probably be alright, but nothing to get excited about.

It's not H v. Orton, for that alone it's one week of respite from the drudgery of that even though it fits into the larger picture of the feud that wouldn't die.

Hey buddy, these pastries are stale!
A thousand points to whoever gets the reference.

It should also be some sort of Pepperridge Farm match. I don't have the stipulations worked out, but the fact that's wrapped twice will help prevent staleness.
My apologies for that brutal pun.

I thought H was a common reference for him? I have always seen HHH or Triple H but never H. I intended it to be a joke. Maybe if I asked if H was Rice Flair's Evilution partner.

The only way to make the boring and overdone HHH-Orton feud even more boring would be to put in the equally boring and overexposed John Cena. But that's only my opinion. He may be boring but it's slightly less boring than just HHH/Orton. Why can't Jericho or someone else be part of this feud?

Yeah, I plan on fast forwarding through this match. Plus, part of me gets the feeling that it'll end up being the halfway point of Raw, around when they turn it into RawZone...for some unexplained reason...
Has anyone ever figured that out?

I refuse to call an episode of Raw that'll have the Million Dollar Man on it stale.

It's interesting because we don't know who's going to win, either one could win cleanly. Usually on Raw, you know who will win clean and who will win by interference.

I refuse to call an episode of Raw that'll have the Million Dollar Man on it stale. I don't even think HE can save RAW. Hopefully I am proven wrong and his signature laugh alone causes the RAW ratings to sky rocket.
