Hands down...Jim Powers. Every week I would watch him wrestle on Superstars or Wrestling Challenge, I always thought this was the week he would pull off a victory. It never happened. It did happen when he was a jobber...........but incredibly rarely and only against other jobbers. And to be fair, he was a "name" wrestler when he was teaming with Roma as The Young Stallions. They were winners at the 1st Survivor Series, most notably.

I don't consider Gillberg a 'jobber' because he got a push. But I was entertained by Duane Gill in the early 90s. Also, Mike Sharpe and his crazy jabber jaw was hilarious. Not to mention that black armband wtih the injury that never healed. I always loved whenever he would wrestle Salvitore Bellomo and Gorilla Monsoon would proclaim, "Folks, this match could be a main event anywhere in the country!!"

I loved Scotty. His jobber days were better than his days getting pushed with Jerry Jr and Rikishi. You could tell the guy was out there just having fun getting crushed ;D

There was a guy in WCW in the early 90s called Rip Rogers. He ruled, with his blonde hair and dark beard

Personally, I've always been a huge mark for Steve Blackman. The dude was awesome and his team with Al Snow was hilarious.

Jim Powers jobbed for years and yet when his music hit and he ran to the ring, the pop was usually HUGE. It was weird. And when I say huge, I mean it was like 80% of a late 1980s Hogan pop. Then he'd job. Not sure why they didn't just roll with it and push him.

That Rumble where Scotty came dancing out, and then realized it was only like HHH and Austin in there (or maybe Taker and Kane) and suddenly got this massive "Oh S***" look on his face and his dancing turned into him looking like he was walking to his execution. God did I laugh
