I have a better idea, release him and stop recruiting TNA throwaways. Only once TNA stops doing the same

Truth is pretty amazing he's just not being used well. Also, no Braden Walker mention? Really? Cept that Hoyt,Hardy and Killings were criminally underused in TNA Probably cause there last names were'nt Angle or Jarrett Killings was underused? I suppose his last year or two, yeah. Then again when you already have a pretty stacked main event, and Sting/Angle/Christian come into play, it's kinda hard to justify pushing Killing to the main event. Also, he's been used like crap in WWE so far. He did A LOT more in his TNA run than his WWE run so far. In fact I wouldn't say he's been used much better in WWE compared to his late TNA years. He's still just a JTTS. Hardy was extremely unreliable during his TNA run, no showed PPVs and probably had a drug problem so I don't see why TNA would be expected to push him any more than they did. Hell, when he got signed to TNA everyone was mocking them for taking a WWE "druggie reject" and placing bets on how quickly he would Scott Hall his spot. As for Hoyt, he's a capable midcarder but that's about it. He isn't main event material. I haven't seen anything out of him to suggest otherwise. TNA is certainly guilty of underusing wrestlers or not pushing guys they should, just these are poor examples IMO. As for the Robin Hood thing...yeah, Undertaker's gimmick looked/sounded stupid on paper and ended up working out. However, for every Taker you have 50 T.L. Hoppers, Adam Bombs, Duke Droses and Mordecais. Gimmicks that sounded dumb on paper and were equally dumb in execution. That being said, if he makes the main roster I doubt he brings the gimmick with him. It just wouldn't work in today's WWE.
