Between the two undercard rest hold fests to a "comedy" match main event, that was probably the worst edition of Superstars I've seen. (not counting the old Superstars show that was just jobber vs actual superstar matches) But seriously, what the hell was that?

Yeah that ... wasn't so good. Though I did really enjoy the Ryder/Reks match. Can't say I enjoyed much else though.

OK, I loved Superstars. I thought Ortiz vs R-Truth was an absolutely awesome match, and 'swoggle vs Chavo was a match I found highly entertaining. That midget has some stiff kicks!

It was still better than most of the old ones to be fair.

It was horrid. I deleted it off of my DVR and felt better about myself. Then my DVR recorded the replay later that night as if to mock me.

The ol' DVR did the same when I (immediately) deleted Superstars. But one out of a handful of broadcasts isn't bad.

I liked Ryder/Reks, but R-Truth vs. Ortiz seemed to drag on forever, and the less said about Chavo vs. Hornswoggle, the better. Not my favorite edition of the show, by a long shot.

Yeah, it was a far cry from the Jericho/Morrison masterpiece we saw a while back.

If you think about it they didn't have much choice what with two weeks of shows being taped at once.

Hornswoggle ruins everything. It's a fact. But he's been on Superstars before and the rest of the show was good

Truth vs. Ortiz was like 15 minutes when they should be going no longer than 6. At least have the match seemed to be chinlocks by Ortiz.

I love how back when Chavo turned heel on Rey Mysterio, he was supposedly "mocking" his uncle Eddie by doing the little shoulder shimmy deal or the three amigos.
But when Hornswoggle does it to mock Chavo, it's just hilarious fun!!!

I don't really tihink the bar should be set so high for Superstars
If ECW is Sunday Night Heat.... Then I guess Superstars is a step lower.... Jakked perhaps

I will say that the sight of Hornswaggle ACTUALLY pulling off a suplex was awe-inspiring, and the pop he got was huge.
Granted, I bet Chavo helped by providing a lot of the momentum for Swaggle to actually suplex him, but it was an awesome sight.
But, he did botch the Tadpole Splash. And that can't be forgiven.
