The greatest version of The Rock, and probably one of the better short term heels this decade. I so wanted him to stay around.

When he was coming out to "Jesus Christ Superstar" and had Billy Graham as his manager.
...
...OH! Not THAT Rock.

The best part is the Toronto Anti-Smark promo but I love Rock Appreciation Night too because everything he said during the second part of that promo? I KNEW it must of made the Rocky haters sick to their stomach to hear it come out of his mouth...the declaration of him being the greatest of all time after running down Hogan, Austin, Taker, HHH, Angle, and everyone else and the crowd chanting "ROCKY" in approval. The little Net Rocky hate squad were probably vomiting on cue. Perfect.

"Hollywood" Rock was The Rock at his absolute best promo-wise. 2000 was when he was at his best in the ring.

The greatest theme of all time. I'm sorry. It just is. It's also the greatest Titantron video of all time. That thing is a work of art. It's just so stunningly beautiful and fits the Rock's character to a T.

He's the only guy who made my anti-wrestling college roommates sit down, watch, and be entertained.
Even now, one of us will ask "what are those speakers for?"
And the other person will say, "they're for The Rock concert!"

The best version he ever had (thought it was short)
My favorite moments were: 1- Both Rock concerts 2- The three segments with The Hurricanes 3- Rock's appreciation night 4- His return on Raw @ Toronto 5- His promo were he asked Hogan to apologize for calling him "Rockajabroni"

LOOK AT THE TOUNGE . . . LOOK AT THE TOUNGE . . . LOOK AT THE TOUNGE.
Sadly, once he finished his program with Hogan at No Way Out - I turned face for him again. I loved him destroying Austin to a face pop and wrestling (basically) his final singles match against Goldberg with another face pop was classic.

one of my favorite promos ever is his promo on Goldberg right before his match with him at Summerslam I think it was Backlash. Whilst Corporate Rock will always be my favourite son I did enjoy Hollywood Rock immensely. For a guy who was only active for 6 years he used to evolve his character at an amazing rate.
