Who will be in what divisions and how will that be determined?
I know that some members will be easy to figure out but not everyone will be.
And what about the Hardcore and Tag Team titles?
I did have the idea that they could be variably ranked - Tag Team titles are not unknown to be main event material at some times and then practically a low-card affair at other times.

However we do it I'm not sure how we will set who is in what division. Evil M made a match to determine the ones for the IF Title division but I also think it might be easier to have a Hardcore and World Title Main Event division as well. My idea was that anyone who has won the Hardcore or IF title in the past can opt to be in the World Title Division. In my idea tag teams would be ranked in their own division. They wouldn't really affect the singles divisions at all. People would be allowed to be in one singles division and be apart of an official team to be int he Tag Team Division. I think this will help create more interest in the tag team titles and make more teams. The way we rank people will all have to be done after the King Of WrestleCrap tournament. I'm sure we will do some type of match to set them.

I'm sure we will do some type of match to set them. I actually don't think there should be rankings for the other titles right now. The World Title is the highest level you can achieve. Therefore, to get a title shot, one should have to earn it through a contenders match, rather than being at the top of a list. And honestly, the Hardcore Title is just a prop right now, used to further the story of Seth's reign as CEO. I don't think there should be rankings for that. Also, we only have 5 tag teams right now. I think title shots can easily be rotated between them. To add to this, I'm actually in favor of making it so you're either singles or a tag team. The reason being this. When we first started this, we had three tag teams, but the belts were fought for actively among them, with other teams occasionally getting in on the act. Then MiLo won the World Title, Cthulhu and I began feuding, and Naitch began his angle with Colt and Seth, effectively killing the division. Starshine and Square formed a team, as did Metylerca and M.O.P., and Whitey and TTS, and that temporarily revived the division. But then Whitey and Metylerca left and Square transitioned to singles, once again killing the division. Colt and AA won the belts, while AA was still the IF Champion and Colt was feuding with Cthulhu. Starshine and Cthulhu ended up winning the belts, but they still remained pretty much dormant until after GookerMania, because Starshine was feuding with Square. Once that ended, we started building a tag team division again, with The Resistance, The Heavy Metal Express, Voodoo Champagne, and the SWC reunion. While we have tag team guys eligible for IF title shots at first, I think we eventually need to make it so it's one or the other. Otherwise, we risk almost killing off one of the divisions again.

I think all that is great and makes more sense then what I was thinking of with multiple divisions. You make great points about the tag division that I didn't think about. Right now we have a growing tag division that is getting pretty competitive. With the addition of "Ultimo Double"- GanzoBomb and Double H I think we have a pretty strong tag division. My only thing though is down the line once the current Hardcore Title angle is over I think we should probably think about making that title more apart of the single ranking system you are putting together. That title hasn't exactly flourished the whole time it's been around either. Now one more thing though. What about the Heatz!!1 Title? I honestly think we should retire it. That will give more importance to the IF and Hardcore titles I believe. And with this new ranking system I think it will give guys down the ladder a better chance to move up this time. One problem with the Heatz title is that it actually held down a few guys who just held on to it but didn't have much of any feuds and so they couldn't move up the ladder. I think that happened to Viva, Koda, and TTS at three different points. I believe down the line if we get to around 40-45 members(we currently have 30 active members) we should add the Title Of Honor or if the Hardcore title gets replaced by the Title of Honor here soon we can bring back the Hardcore Title since we will have so many more people. But really that is only if we really get that many. Seriously if we ever got over 50 I would consider opening up a completely separate E-Fed on this Forum Games board and doing a draft.

It's funny you mention the draft, Dave. Me and Aaron were talking about that recently. 30 members is like the breaking point for a federation. It would be really hard to make every member relevant with more people.

Once that ended, we started building a tag team division again, with The Resistance, The Heavy Metal Express, Voodoo Champagne, and the SWC reunion. Well to be fair to myself and Cthulhu we did defend the belts on a very regular basis (only missing the self implemented 4 week defense window once because of the round robin). Yes, I don't deny we basically held the belts because there was no one else at the time. But dammit, we tried. Plus the reason I really wanted to feud with Square at the time was due to him originally leaving, and I at least wanted to build up to the big "I Quit" match instead of just doing it from the get go. Anyhoo, I'm just here to say that I love the contender idea. I hope we don't kill the Hardcore title. That I don't think the last ppv was a bad idea, it's just people went about in stupid ways, and that if no one else minds, I'll take Enigma/Sparks v. Amigo/Star.

I tink a ranking system is a great idea, as it could get more feuds going, as if you aren't in the title match, you want to be near the top so when the title match happens, you're one of the next in line for a shot.
As for the draft, it might work, but a trial period might be worth a go to see if it pans out.

The reason I pushed so hard for a shot at the title back in February was because I wanted to elevate the title, which I feel I did. And I do feel the belt is prominent now, but I just don't feel it's been treated the way a Championship should.
