He wasnt used properly in WWE especially after the jump to RAW.
I dont know if there was drug involvement or if his behind the scenes attitude was an issue.
I do think he had "it" and a cool look and personality. TNA would likely make him be in a tag team or an X division guy. I dont see him main eventing TNA unless a lot of guys leave or retire.
Shame nonetheless.

Let's reminisce on his final days, shall we?.. There was that time he said he's find the perfect partner...and didn't. There was that time he got his ass handed to him by Jerry Lawler.. And that one time he put on a clinic of a match with Kofi Kingston on RAW.. Oh wait. I mean. That time Kofi beat him in about three seconds. Memories. yes but he lost to kofi while bad mouthing Lawler. Am I wrong for thinking this and the loss the week prior would be the begining of a mini feud between him and Lawler? No thats what I thought as well

Not everything has to be about pushing the young guys. I liked the Lawler win myself. It's just misusing a talent on his way out. Kofi didn't need a win, Jerry didn't need a restle. TBK is capable of putting on a good match, making someone look good. Might as well do that for someone who needs it. Not a huge deal though. I'm sure he's gotten a call from TNA already. Considering his position, I don't think that's misuse. Kofi is the U.S champ, so yes he should be winning. Lawler is an experienced wrestler who can easily do away with someone the size of Kendrick. If it was someone like Morrison, MVP, Swagger that Lawler beat, I might be inclined to agree.

Add me to the chorus of the totally unsurprised. The guy honestly looked like he didn't want to be there, even when he was getting a pretty decent singles push. Some guys are just better suited to the Indies, and I'm sure he'll land on his feet there. Or he'll be doing Pizza Hut commercials. Whatever.

Londrick reunion tour on the indy's? Shame he lost his job, but he has had a good pay day over the last few years. Paul London got his SAG card and would rather be an actor, so no. However, if this means we get Leonardo Spanky back.....

I will say I hope the only reason he got moved to Raw (which in some twisted way is a punishment these days) was because they were tired of his weed "problem" (if it was one, I never got around to fully reading those reports.). Because if they just did it to fill out a name in the draft, they really screwed him royally. On Smackdown, or especially ECW, he could have flourished in the midcard.

Hell, if he and London go to TNA we'll finally have our Machine Guns/London & Kendrick match.

Not a huge fan but his character was entertaining and he is capable of putting on great matches.
So I am glad this happened. He would be better served wrestling in ROH, Japan or Mexico rather than being a career jobber in WWE since he isn't 6 foot 4.

He would have been a tremendous asset for ECW.

This Thread will be fun at least TTS, I've been meaning to ask you this question for the last forever: Do you have a dislike for Kendrick, or did you just make the connection that the guy being depushed for weed was Kendrick, and never let that go? I'm not asking from a standpoint to start a commotion, I've just noticed that you've been very anti-Kendrick since those reports surfaced.

It's just WWE knew he was on his last legs in the business, they could either use him to try to put someone over, or use him to give the crowd a cheap laugh.

I don't think TNA is a guarantee for him at this point. He made a few appearances for them back in 2004. He opted not to stick with them full time and he was vocal in his criticism of their direction in an interview. I believe they even filmed a series of video packages with him right before the deal fell apart.
I also remember Meltzer telling me in an Email that him Noble picked WWE over TNA when they both returned in 2005.
TNA doesn't seem to be too anxious to take people back who bail on them or choose WWE over them, unless ofcourse they're stars to some degree.
