As usual, I want to send a thank you to everyone who participated this week by sending in your lists. When I started doing these lists almost a year ago, I was wondering whether they would catch on, or fade out quickly like so many ideas here have before. I have to say I'm thrilled with how this has gone. On August 22nd we shall countdown the second of two Summerslam lists. That list will mark one year to the day that The Rock's Top 20 matches were originally counted down, and this little side project began. So again, thanks to everyone who joined up on this and sent in lists. It's greatly appreciated, and will make it possible for these lists to continue long on past now. Now, let's get to the matter at hand. We have two matches remaining in the history of the now defunct Unforgiven. No clashing styles this week. It's brawl vs. brawl, personal issue vs. personal issue, and breath taking match vs. breath taking match. Both matches feature two of the absolute best wrestlers in the world, still going strong today. Two are currently out for various reasons, but shall return and make their presence known again. One match for a title, one match for personal vengeance. One match, a grudge built off of professional rivalry. A title "stolen", and the quest throughout the summer to finally win it back. The other, a match based purely on hatred. A man's family wronged, and the chance to right that wrong. Which takes the gold this week? Coming in at #2 by a distant margin, and the second greatest match in the history of Unforgiven is.. #2Total Points: 178Unsanctioned Match: Chris Jericho vs. Shawn Michaels - Unforgiven 2008Part 1Part 2Part 3

The Six Pack challenge is an example of everything that's great about the Attitude era.
You had six guys - in fact, seven, since Bulldog was a replacement for Taker - all vying for a vacant WWF title, and any one of them could have won it and been over as champion.
Not only that but, ridiculous as it was, you had the referee strike storyline going on too, as well as Austin as ref, who could easily have been champion too. It was just brilliant, everyone had a story, even the referees.

Let me ask you guys something, since these ARE your lists after all. After next week we're set for a Summerslam double shot, but for next week it's still totally up in the air. I have a couple of ideas, but I thought I'd throw it out to you. What would you rather have next week? A smaller match list (not someone with a HUGE match library), or the debut of the Top Moments/Segments lists to prep you for the Summerslam one?
Any input?

I find it easier to compile matches, since it's easy to just look back at the cards for events, or for a wrestler to use various sites like OWW. I'm not so good with moments/segments, since my memory is pretty fickle, and I find them harder to rank. But I may be in the minority on that one.

I honestly don't mind. I'll partake in the list for matches if we do one but im also quite interested in the Top Moments/Segments list as well. If you did do that i think it would be easy for you and everyone else if we started off with an easy one like Wrestlemania or RAW, but that's my opinion. So either way im cool, i'll still do a list.
Just one question what do you mean by a Summerslam double shot?
