Perhaps it's like choosing between children for some, but what has brought you more enjoyment over your lifespan, video games or cartoons/anime?

I love both, but overall, it'd be video games.

Can't decide, both have brought me so much joy and frustration.

Video games offer me more interactivity so I'm gonna go with that.

Anime doesn't do it for me, so video games it is.

...wow.
This is actually really hard for me. On the one hand, gaming helped me get just a bit closer to my dad at an early point in my life (he spent the better part of two hours one day shooting ducks in Duck Hunt while me and a friend watched in awe because we sucked). On the other hand, cartoons and anime have inspired me to want to become a writer, and have helped my overactive imagination beef up on animated steroids.
...if I absolutely had to choose, I'd say video games, but it's pretty much 100 to 99.999~ on the charts for me. =/

Man thats a tough decision for me personally... ive had tons of fun with both. Although the only cartoons ive enjoyed in the past few years has been Avatar, Spongebob, Hellsing, and the criminally underrated Dave the Barbarian. So i would have to say Video Games.

I love both but if you press a gun to my head I'd have to say games.

I'm torn.
I'll say cartoons/anime. I haven't gotten a new video game in a dog's age.

It is tough, it really is. I mean anime made me seriously and honestly learn the culture of Japan and Japanese history, thus furthering my education, and it made me a LOT of close friends in high school.
On the other hand, I've only been into anime since I was like 7 or 8. I've been playing video games since I was THREE(first game I played was some version of Street Fighter II on a SNES). Plus video games is what allows me to connect with both of my younger sisters. Also, come on, I'm going to college to get a degree IN video games. I want to make a career out of making video games.

Anime. I play a lot of video games, right now (kinda) and when I was a kid (definitely)... but when there's anime to watch, I'd pick anime.

Then again, you have a much easier access to anime, and isn't anime more culturally accepted where you live? If so, it is understandable. It is the reverse here in the US. We have a greater access to games than you have on average and video games is becoming a huge part of American culture.

Here we have two channels where the main focus is anime, and stuff.

Cartoons. It should be harder to chose, but then I remember things like the Flintstones and Looney Tunes. Then, you get to Starblazers and video games can't compete against cartoons in my life.

Video Games. outside of south park, Total Drama, and the fox lineup, i rarely watch any cartoons. and i could care less about anime either.
