But but but but Spike's showing a cinematic adaptation of a highlight of French absurdist theater.
Yes, of course I'm talking about Zombie Strippers.

One of the scariest vampires ever.
Great movie. ;D Only wish they could play the Club Foot Orchestra's scoring to the film. I love it so much I have it on cassette.

Used to watch that in film class a lot when I was at school.. Which kinda made me hate it in a way. He does looks creepy though, not necessarily "vampire" creepy, just generally f***ing creepy

I looked to see what was playing after, it said from "From Dusk Till Dawn", I got happy and hit the info button only to see "...3: The Hangman's Daughter". But yeah back to Nosferatu, I always found it funny how he basically carried his own coffin around with him. ;D

What's great is since it's a silent film, you can make your own soundtrack to it. Just let me get my Hannah Montana CDs. ...... ........

Yeah, I remember reading something like that online. Apparently the entire film was almost banished from existence minus one copy. ONE in the entire world. Crazy.

Just about as crazy as a TV channel wiping clean their old library catalogue of shows so they wouldn't have to spare for new tapes.
Oh wait, BBC did that.

He looks creepy but I never understood the part where the guy thinks "Hey, there's a scary looking monster over there. I'm going to sleep." And then wakes up alive the next morning.

I never understood that part either, especially when the door didn't have any locks or anything, and just swung open. Maybe Orlok hypnotized him into a deep sleep?

Noseferatu still holds up today, which is impressive considering it's 90 years old. How many other silent films see the light of day, much less make it on cable now days. This film is still enjoyed as it was intented and in a completely non-ironic way. Those film makers did a great job. It's sad to think this film could have been lost.
