Does someone have a compiled list of results? I've looked through the last 5 pages, and really haven't seen all too much. From what I can tell, Bats, Juvi, Ortons and Kennedy (Kennedy) won. What of the rest? Benoit, LOD III with Hemme, Black Lesnar all won.

REal quick, before I say adios to this board, any guesses why the CW match was given such a high spot?

Question: How do you compare the cruiserweight division of 2005 against the cruiserweight division of 1995?
TRICK QUESTION!
Both both time-frames, neither one truly exists in the mind of Vince McMahon.

bleh, it was a pretty bad main event. I cant even say how it saved the PPV, when I just started to watch a free live webcast (dont ask how) at the start of the orton promo. The casket match was okay, but I knew coyboy bob orton had that fire extinguisher the whole time... The main event was really slow, worse than a smackdown main event. It lasted about 20 minutes. The first 15 involved NUMEROUS submission holds (which almost caused me to fall asleep) and Eddie getting out of the ring grabbing a chair but to throw it away at the last second (what a boring timewaster). The last 5 minutes were okay, but within the last minute, Eddie did the 3 Suplexes to batista, went for a frogsplash but batista rolled away, Eddie quickly got to his feet in no time, then sold a spinebuster for the 1 2 3.
Yeah, thats right, no Batistabomb and batista still wins

I don't know, I sometimes like matches that are more methodical, slower paced sort of classic feels. I think there certainly is a place for high flying, fast paced bits, and I really enjoy them, but wrestling's roots also has a strong history of slower stuff as well which I think can be just as good if sold right.

It's a good thing I went to bed before Juvi won. There would have been at least seven different celebratory threads made in his honor.
Also, surprisingly enough, he won on the Juvi Driver! Although I'm sure when I actually see it, it'll be the Juvi Scoop Slam, but I can dream, can't I?

Well, I saw No Mercy last night, and I'm going to give my top matches from best to worst.
1. The Undertaker vs Randy Orton & Bob Orton Jr. -This was a pretty fun match from these two, and an interesting match to watch. Great match overall. When Orton looked in, I thought they had the trap door to take out Bob Orton, then he came out and blasted him with the fire extinguisher. My main problem was it had the same ending of the Casket match at the 1998 Royal Rumble. Hold on, let me count. Hey, it has been 7 years. I guess Cornette was right. But Cornette didn't take into account that not only have I been watching wrestling since I was a baby, I have a tape of the 1998 Royal Rumble. HA HA HA!!!
2. Juventud vs Nunzio -Amazing match, the problem with it is the crowd wasn't into it for a lot of the match, but the two ended up getting the crowd into it. It sucks for Nunzio though, as he was pretty much a lame duck champion. Hopefully Juvi will give the division a nice little boost.
3. Chris Benoit vs Booker T vs Orlando Jordan vs Christian -It was a pretty good match, lots of action in this one. Great to see Benoit retain, as I was predicting. What sucks is Christian does the job, AGAIN, I mean, who hasn't he beaten. He just keeps losing and losing. He's the Funaki of midcarders.
4. The Legion of Doom & Christy Hemme vs MNM -I don't know, but I really liked this match. I was talking to a friend, and we were talking about how impressive Road Warrior Animal was for his age and his little beer belly. I felt they put on a great show, and it was a great opener.
5. Batista vs Eddie Guerrero -There was a great match, with lots of great psychology on the part of Eddie Guerrero. It could have been the best match of the night, but the ending was really bad. Guerrero built up the match with so much great psychology, and Batista of course was doing some good selling through a lot of the match. The problem was how it just ended with a spinebuster out of no where. It wasn't a dramatic ending by any means, and really took a lot away from the match. It should have ended with the Batista Bomb if he was going to win, and not like that.
6. JBL vs Rey Mysterio -It was an ok match, but like, there wasn't a million things special with that match. It was a pretty good match anyway. Nothing too special between the two.
7. Bobby Lashley vs Simon Dean -It was ok, kinda short, and Lashley botched his finisher, but then again, what he was trying to do looked really hard, so I don't doubt that he screwed up that. I liked the backstage segments as well, lol.
8. Ken Kennedy vs Hardcore Holly -Umm, well, I'm not taking anything away from both wrestlers, but this was really a Velocity main event here. I think it may also be because Holly wasn't built as any sort of a threat to anyone. I just didn't get into this one.
The pay per view was ok. It was better then the Great American Bash, but it wasn't as good as Unforgiven last month. But it was ok. I'm glad I went. I just wish they had a different, more dramatic ending then a spinebuster.
