If we're talking about actual burials then I guess I enjoyed the whole Saturn/Moppy saga.
If we're just talking about squashes, then I loved the entire Benoit/Jordan series.

Marc Mero's burial at the end of '98 with the loss to Gillberg. Very satisfying. He was so grating.
And from the same timeframe, here's a really guilty pleasure: I loved what they did to Vader. He put me to sleep from Day 1 in the WWF, he became pretty much unwatchable from early '97 on, and it was nice to see him losing to every new guy who walked in the door: Mark Henry, Edge, D-Lo, etc., etc.

Kind of a further example of the Edge/Billy Gunn one. Edge did something similar to X-Pac sortly after.
Also, in the video we get to see my favouurite Jericho vs. Stephanie moment. I would count Jericho/Stephanie as burial even though it's not really a burial if the other person is in on it.
"Maybe you could allow me to take you out to dinner. I hear there's a Hooters not far from this place!"
You know, as much as I like serious heel Jericho, I do miss manic comedy Jericho and hope he makes a return some day. (Although heel Jericho also had some of my favourite funny moments such as being forced to kneel by Stephanie...kind ironic now that I think of it, and his reaction when Mark Henry told him he wasn't going to be his partner.)

Even when RVD got busted, he was still never really buried. He dropped the belt but when he came back, he was still beating all of The New Breed. I think Elijah Burke might have gotten a single pin over him. Even when Snitsky was getting his monster push, I think he still lost to RVD by DQ. Plus, he got the pin at Wrestlemania that year.

From 3:45 onwards. Not to mention after this, Vader called himself a "Big fat piece of crap". If thats not a burial, I don't know what is. Gotta admit, watching Paul Bearer dancing around in Vader's mask was hilarious.

Here' some that weren't mentioned yet;
-The Great Khali beating Ricky Ortiz in his last match in under 30 seconds just a few weeks ago. I enjoyed this mostly because Ortiz really really sucked.
-JBL vs Rey Mysterio at Wrestlemania 25. A classic moment, and a good way for the "Wrestling God" to go out.
-Dibiase & Rhodes destroying Hardcore Holly at "Night Of Champions 2008" (also Legacy beating the crap out of Manu and Sim Snuka on Raw earlier this year)
-Ultimate Warrior vs Honky Tonk Man at SummerSlam 88. GREATEST BURIAL EVER!!!

"Prince of Punk" Shannon Moore.
Mainly because he got exactly what he deserved for screwing up his one and only chance at getting a push.

The post-KOTR promo where Edge just absolutely lambasted Billy Gunn.

Randy Orton's backstage promo on Manu earlier this year, where he said that his father was better than his father ever was, and that Manu was nothing too.
Brutal.

I mean, he never wrestled a single match before CM Punk's famous "you're a poser" moment. funny, but not really a burial. and props to Tripper for getting over it, but his post-Curtain Call burial was some hilarious stuff IMO. I still laugh my ass off over Warrior no-selling the Pedigree.

I think he was more referencing the fact that Shannon Moore was in the middle of a top level program with AJ Styles in TNA after the company really got behind his character and was pushing it heavily. Then he left for WWE for a future of nonstop jobbing.

I'm not really a fan of burials if the talent is A) over or B) A good wrestler. However, I think my personal favorites would have to be Billy Gunn, Lex Luger, and X-Pac.
