I thought there was just some kind of weird echo in the arena, but this is even more awesome!

The best thing about it is I can't work out if he meant the mic to pick it up, or he just lost him self for a moment singing along.

He's really found himself as a Commentator in WWE As a Wrestler he was going nowhere and seemed to be on his way out

Striker is awesome as a commentator. Can't stand Josh Matthews, but if Matt Striker worked with another good commentator like JR, it would be AMAZING.

I dunno though, if he was on raw or smackdown he would probably have the reigns pulled in on what he says and moulded into a more generic commentator. I like Josh Matthews actually and happy he finally got his break as an announcer, but i think Striker had more chemistry with Todd Grisham, and I find Grisham and JR a bit bland togther, personally I'd swap them around and have Striker and Grish on ECW on JR and Josh on smackdown.

Hell, I don't blame Striker. I can hardly help singing along with it myself.

I love Striker. When he's commentating it's like you or a friend of your's hijacked the announce booth.

Last week I thought it was an additional voice added to the track, but this time I could tell that it was definitely Striker.
The only problem with him is that he frequently compliments heels and enjoys their style and characteristics, which is a major taboo in WWE. Meanwhile, you have Michael "Vintage Oh My!" Cole and Jerry the Squawk Monster calling the action for the flagship program.

Wouldn't say that was a problem, I'd say that is one of the things that makes him more interesting. He's like a face version of JBL, while JBL was a heel, he gave props to certain faces and also had cerain heels (like MVP and the Miz) that he hated.

I really really like striker as a commentator. I think he is the best somewhat new commentator WWE has had in a very very long time.
Josh Matthew is okay but he doesn't quite have the chemistry with Striker for some reason. sometimes it also sounds like they correct each other a lot and the other doesn't say anything obviously pissed off about it.
Matthews reminds me of Michael Cole when he first came in WWF back in 97.

Though the kayfabe reason was hilarious, that MVP took him out for an expensive dinner.
