"The Revolution will not be televised" is the name of a politically-charged song from the early 1970s.
"This is not a T-shirt" is a reference to the 1960s/1970s protester slogan "This is not a riot."
Morrison's gimmick is patterned off of Jim Morrison, who was arguably the world's first rockstar lead singer as we've come to know them, and was lead singer of The Doors, a band that produced several iconic rock songs in the mid-to-late 1960s, as well as some lesser known songs like Moonlight Drive, the name of John "Morrison" Hennigan's old heel finisher.
Both references are in keeping with his (Hennigan's) character as a Jim Morrison-inspired rockstar.

"Ceci n'est pas une pipe." Rene Magritte. That translates to, "This is not a pipe." You see, in fact, the image is the representation of a pipe. To be a pipe, an object must truly be a pipe, not a artistic representation of one. So we have a t-shirt claiming that it is not a t-shirt. Hmm. Perhaps the t-shirt is claiming that it is an artistic rendering of what a t-shirt might be? Is this John Morrison t-shirt claiming that it is only a physical rendering of the Platonic ideal form of t-shirt?

Its a pretty cool shirt. A shame Morrison doesn't really portray that kinda character anymore (even as a douche heel, he wouldn't taunt people by saying something like "Mr Ziggles").

"this is not a tshirt" WHAT THE f*** DOES THAT MEAN! It's a play on René Magritte's "Ceci n'est pas une pipe" It's also my favourite aspect of the shirt

This is probably the best WWE shirt they've put out in years.
I don't wear wrestling shirts, I own none and wouldn't get any before this...but I'd wear this.

Its actually pretty random and cool. I'll add it to my wishlist.
I already own too many t-shirts as it is. If they ever come out with a good "Hi, My Name is Dolph Ziggler" shirt - I'll have to get that one though.

You see, T-shirts aren't allowed in the Palace of Wisdom. Therefore this clearly can not be a T-shirt. This.

If you turn it upside down it looks like an alien with a thick beard.

It's not bad. I don't like most of WWE's shirts, this is one is better than most. I probably wouldn't buy it though. Maybe if I was at a house show or something and that was the best one they had.

As far as I can tell, it doesn't say "John Morrison" or "WWE" anywhere on it. Therefore, I approve of it.

"The Revolution Will Be Telivised"
Wasn't that XPW's thing?
In any event...whatever. I don't like the shirt. Too Lego.
