There's a small chance the latest DX angle is just a ploy to elevate Legacy and then gets transitioned to something else, leaving Shawn (or worst case scenario, Hunter) open.
A SMALL chance, but it's there...

The only guy on Raw at the moment who I could see doing a programme with Cena (other than Orton, Trips and HBK) is a heel MVP.
Jericho is likely to be busy with Edge, or still doing the JeriShow thing, and Swagger is barely ready for a US Title run, let alone anything bigger.

MVP/Cena could be face-on-face and I'd welcome it. Yes, heel MVP is far superior, but I'd be willing to take what I can get at this point for fresh feuds on Raw.

People seem to be forgetting one tiny detail.
Chris Jericho is a Smackdown! guy. Hence he is not a contender.
Now I expect Jericho to get a title shot now I've said that.

It had better not be Big Show.
...better not.

Bring back Sylvester Terkay and put him on Raw.

Cena will face Punk and Christian in a Champion vs Champion vs Champion match at Bragging Rights Cena, Christian, DX, and Morrison will face Orton, Ryder, Legacy, and Ziggler at Survivor Series with Orton pinning Cena Orton gets allowed to be in a Fatal 4-Way match with Cena, HHH, and HBK at TLC Orton wins it back If Christian were to win that bragging rights match I'd mark out like never before.

This was the big problem, for me, with Breaking Point. Had Cena not won, then HIAC could have been a bigger deal, and we could have at least scene this feud continue until Survivor Series, but WWE pulled the gun too early.
So now it's a matter of just how they're going to make someone look credible enough to face Cena. Miz? I wish, but let's remember how many times he lost to Cena. Swagger? Possibly. Cena only faced him once, but the fact he won that match just says that Cena's beaten the guy already and there's nothing left to prove. Big Show? Name a PPV match in the last six years Show won against Cena.
So, yeah, cornered booking team, what are you to do?

I could see either Hunter or Shawn feuding with Cena to bide more time to build up Miz, Swagger, or maybe even Big Show

Maybe if we're lucky, Cena will be phased out of singles competition for a bit as Cryme Tyme reappears on Raw for no good reason, and the 3 of them get into wacky and lovable babyface hijinks every Monday night, spray painting "Word up, poopie" all over limousines and such.

And Cena makes fun of Slam Master Jay for being a white guy who wants to be a gansta rapper.

Big Show, considering he and Jericho are gonna lose the belts to Batista and Rey. Yeah, nothing like giving a belt to a guy fresh off of wellness. Mildly off topic, but was that ever actually proven that he never had a prescription for anything? I mean it could be WWE trying like hell to appease a wronged employee.
