OK, I've noticed that there's a few trends that have gotten long in the tooth with me, and other people on the boards as well. So let's put it to the test. I added the themed PPV's, because quite honestly, I'm not crazy about them. Putting out gimmick PPV's takes away from the big time feel of these matches, especially Hell In A Cell. Good concepts, but if they decide to make these permanent, it's really going to screw up the rest of the PPV's that may want to use those matches, and the whole thing smacks of desperation to me, instead of trying something new.
If there's one that's bugging you, let me know as well.

The babyfaces finding the Maximum Tomato and not selling any of the damange they received. Along with a general inconsistency of selling on both sides.

The combined main event.
Take the upcoming PPV's two biggest matches, throw in a blender, and present a match nobody cares about. Then do it again next week. And the week after that.

There's really nothing I see wrong with having celebrities guest host Raw, and I can't figure out how it allegedly makes the wrestlers look less important.
If anything, I imagine that to someone just getting into WWE/wrestling, it would make Raw look like the place to be if so-and-so wanted to appear on it.
And Chavo/Hornswaggle looks like it's ending anyway.

#3 I think is coming to an end...
...but the other three are only gonna get worse I think. Option #4 is making the heels look absolutely terrible as if they can't beat down their opponents for 20 minutes straight, then get destroyed in 5 seconds. I hate the gimmick PPV idea, and the guest host thing is very hit or miss, leaning on miss.

there's only been one themed ppv and although the ppv was average the concept itself worked.

How about giving maybe a combined fifteen minutes of airtime for all of the midcard titles?

The gimmicked PPV's are really showing that Creative mucked up big time.
I no longer care for any HIAC match to be done again. And Breaking Point had to throw in the quintessential Montreal reference.
I mean, they still have a ways to get to the complete lack of quality that was December to Dismember, but they're not far off.

Other: heel turns.

I will say the tendency where regardless of which of the two main shows or how over the new main event breakthrough's getting, when convenient the titles will always wind up back with Orton, Cena, Batista, or Trips. Or Edge, though at least his booking is much better than that of the others and the only guy among them who can really compare to his body of work is Cena.
As for what I mean, I could basically just point at both of Jericho's World title runs and say, "See? Yeah, that."
I actually like the themed PPVs and the guest hosts while the Chavo / Hornswoggle thing while not something I want to see each week doesn't bother me. Plus, it appears to be over and all.

Triple H ALWAYS in the Wrestlemania main event. The guy is gonna pass Hogans record with 26 (And would have passed already but got injured for 23) yet there is know way in hell he has the drawing power of a Hogan (or Rock or Austin) yet cause he has backstage pull and cause he is so selfish short of injury it never changes Its automatically assumed now that for a card at WM the main event its whoever is going up against Triple H. Thats wrong in JMO
