Wasn't he also a former X-Division champion. That's a world title right? That must be where those missing 3 reigns come from.

Nash won several World Titles in Madagascar with a standing double shooting star press. Unfortunately he had to forfeit his last title defense against El Dandy after he tore a quad coming down the ramp. For those not in the know, "double shooting star press" is Nash's new indy wrestling name for the Finger Poke of Doom, which he uses liberally as a finisher outside of the US.

Does anyone know if TNA ever hyped someone who as a world champion who didn't hold a belt with the word world in it's title? I ask because I recall people complaining about TNA calling people "world" champions for holding "world tag team" titles and while a bit misleading I always believed it was at least truthful. Then again I stopped paying attention to wrestling for over a year so I obviously could be wrong and have missed something. Anyone help me answer this?
