It's pretty stable, but quite a bit of it is in part to the Rattlers still having that AFL budget going for them.

Well, we're down to the last week of the IFL Regular Season. The top four seeds in the playoffs are pretty much set:
1. Arizona (Unless they somehow lose to San Diego) 2. Iowa 3. Sioux Falls 4. Green Bay
There are three teams fighting for the final two playoff spots. Nebraska, Quad City, and Tucson. And I believe this is how the tiebreaker goes:
1. Nebraska wins, they're in. Winner of Tucson/Quad City would be in. 2. Tucson wins, Nebraska loses: Nebraska is out, due to the head to head tiebreaker with Quad City. 3. Quad City wins, Nebraska loses: Nebraska is in, due to the head to head tiebreaker with Tucson.
So basically, this weekend is a MUST WIN for Tucson. If they lose, the Sugar Skulls are done for the year.

The Albany Empire suffered their first loss of the season, losing at home to the Baltimore Brigade, 42-41. With Washington beating Philadelphia 48-41 and the Columbus Destroyers getting their first win of the season, Albany (6-1) holds a 2-game lead over Baltimore and Washington (4-3). AC and Philadelphia are 3-4, and Columbus remains in the basement at 1-6. Attendance remains strong for the league, bolstered by Albany topping 10,000 fans again, bringing their home average to just over 9,800.

And the IFL Playoffs are set, with the seeding as follows:
1. Arizona Rattlers (14-0) - 1st Rd Bye 2. Iowa Barnstormers (12-2) - 1st Rd Bye
3. Sioux Falls Storm (11-3) v. 6. Tucson Sugar Skulls (7-7) 4. Green Bay Blizzard (9-5) v. 5. Nebraska Danger (7-7)
Barely missing the playoffs is the Quad City Steamwheelers at 6-8, while the Bismarck Bucks finish 2-12, and the San Diego Strike Force and Cedar Rapids River Kings both end at 1-11.
In the CIF, the Salina Bombers have clinched the top seed of the North, and will face the Duke City Gladiators for the No. 1 Overall seed. Sioux City and Omaha face each other in the final week to determine who travels to Salina to face them for the North Division Championship. Meanwhile, Duke City will host Amarillo for the South Division Championship.

And now let's take a page out of Urinatingtree's book and look at the teams that didn't make the IFL Playoffs: Jesus Christ, Cedar Rapids. What the hell happened? You have a new owner, new brand, and you brought the head coach back that took you to 4 straight United Conference Championships. Unfortunately, it looks like you didn't bring in any decent talent besides one wide receiver. And he basically told you to f*** off before the end of the season, it appears. And the one win you got this year was against the team that your owner also happens to own. Speaking of which... If Cedar Rapids was the LOLCow of the season, this was the perennial tire fire. This was a trainwreck from the word go. The head coach they wanted left for a job with the Carolina Cobras of the NAL. Then you bring in a guy who basically threw the entire team under the bus in an article, your starting quarterback leaves for a team in Omaha, and the only player you have worth a damn played for Sioux Falls last year. If it weren't for your owner having major bucks, I would say you'd be dead after this year. But you might last a couple more, given he wants to add a team in Oakland. Speaking of Bucks... Yeah, it was probably not a great idea to move from the CIF to the IFL. You were a North Division contender in the CIF, and while the travel was less in the IFL, you got the shit kicked out of you pretty much every game. Although you did beat both teams owned by the rich guy out in California. However, this might not be enough to save you, as rumblings are that if more investments aren't found, the team could fold after this year. I mean, you didn't have a bad year. I figured it would be tough sailing against better opponents in the IFL, but you fought hard and nearly made the playoffs. Hell, if the Sugar Skulls did what they've done a couple times already this year (blow a double digit lead), you'd be sitting in the playoffs as the 5-seed. It can only go up from here, hopefully.

That's San Diego's logo?
Wow, that looks like something you'd see in a low budget video game; not on a football helmet.

The Albany Empire won a barn burner at home, defeating the Atlantic City Blackjacks 63-61 I front of 9,417 at the TU Center. The Philadelphia Soul picked up a 42-35 victory in Columbus over the Destroyers, and on Thursday, the Washington Valor won at home by the same 42-35 score over the Baltimore Brigade.
With just 3 games left in the regular season, an Albany win against Philadelphia this week would wrap up the #1 seed for the playoffs for the Empire.
Albany Empire 8-1 Baltimore Brigade 5-4 Philadelphia Soul 5-4 Washington Valor 5-4 Atlantic City Blackjacks 3-6 Columbus Destroyers 1-8

And the United Bowl is set. Arizona will host the 2019 IFL United Bowl, taking on the Sioux Falls Storm.
If Arizona wins it, I hope a massive sinkhole swallows up the entirety of the state of Arizona.

In the AFL, the Philadelphia Soul clinched playoff spot, defeating the first place Albany Empire 54-43 in Philly. Baltimore trounced Columbus in Columbus 50-12 and Washington fell at home to Atlantic City, 70-41.
With only one game on the docket this week,Philadelphia needs to win vs. Atlantic City to keep a chance of winning the regular season title alive.
Albany Empire 8-2 Philadelphia Soul 6-4 Baltimore Brigade 6-4 Washington Valor 5-5 Atlantic City Blackjacks 4-6 Columbus Destroyers 1-9

There are rumblings that the National Arena League could be done after this year.

There are rumblings that the National Arena League could be done after this year. I can see the Arena Football League taking on Jacksonville and Orlando if only due to the fact that the two markets being close to one another would save on travel, but the other four teams are screwed since they lack the capital. The Indoor Football League is too far away, and the American Arena League and whatever the Florida Tarpons ended up creating instead of joining another league are both clown shoes operations.

There were people tossing around rumors the last couple weeks that the NAL and the IFL were going to merge. Which was shot down by pretty much everyone, as like you said, travel costs would be outrageous.

With the Philadelphia Soul defeating the Atlantic City Blackjacks tonight, Baltimore is a lock for the third playoff spot in the AFL Playoffs.
If Washington can defeat Baltimore next week, the playoff field will be set with one week remaining in the season.
