So can we safely say now that Joss Whedon is the abused partner in this relationship with Fox? Seriously, he keeps coming back to them after they pretty much wreck his creations. Just...go somewhere else, Joss. Totally agree. The sad part is that he can't go back to the CW, because they proved with Angel's cancellation that they can't really be trusted not to can a popular show either. I think Whedon's best bet is to move over to cable. I can't see him getting dropped so quickly from SyFy, considering the demographic.

Aw dammit I was just getting into this, the episode set in the future was fantastic and this season had been starting to build towards it. If only the episodes at the start were as good.

Didn't Fox give them a second season despite abysmal ratings? And they are intending to show the remaining episodes.
What can they do? Keep showing it despite appalling ratings?
They also gave arrested development more chances than they should have.

They also gave arrested development more chances than they should have. my views exactly. it was a surprise that they got renewed in the first place, I guess fox just couldn't carry the show anymore.
