They explained Kane not being burnt. They did it to where they were emotional scars and Kane thought he was horribly disfigured when he really wasn't Then what about the peaple who saw kane's face before he demasked and sold it like he was the elphant man or something?

This reminds me of Jerry Lawler talking about how ugly Vader was without his mask and acted like it was a big deal when he lost his mask in a mask vs mask match against Kane. While pretty much everyone in the world has seen Vader without his mask. He even just unmasks mid-match just because the mask seemed to bother him at times. But WWE with continuity could work, it would force them to make sense or at least explain things. Now they just do stuff because they want to. Without any explenation. Which did lead to all the insane Kane/UT angles. If they would only bother to make sense either a lot angles never would have happened or had at least a good reason.

Kane molesting Lita and getting her pregnant. - Kane defending Lita and wanting to marry her. And during Lita's wedding to Edge, the guest of honor was Snitksy...who killed Lita's baby. (cue Snitksy joke #3,456,091) Lita did explain that she was grateful for Snitsky killing the baby, because she didn't want to have a child that was conceived from Kane.

Snitsky wouldn't apologize for crap. He would never admit to something being his fault. Snitsky is Hardcore, he should be in ECW as champ. And continuty rocks. It develops chacracter and make them more human. But since the people that care about human characters aren´t exatly the same guys buying the merc, I can undestand why WWE does what it does.

Continuity is no friend of wrestling. Especially in these days of 4 weekly TV shows and monthly PPVs.
I mean: if the booking had to reflect and respect all the kayfabe relationships between wrestlers, they'd run out of combinations in a matter of months.
Or we'd have been exposed to more "reconciliations" than in the whole "Guiding Light" saga... which aren't exactly an exciting bit for a pro wrestling show.
So, all in all, I think it's the lesser of the two evils.
It's pro wrestling, it's not SUPPOSED to make perfect sense in the first place.
I agree though at least the most important storylines and superstars should keep some kind of continuity... both gimmick wise and relationship wise.
Kane's scars and voice needed a lot of fantasy to be "solved", Undertaker has gone from 1800s gravedigger to undead to semi-satanic cult leader to biker to a mix of all the above for no good reason... Rey Mysterio wanted to kill Eddie less than two years ago, yet he's defending his good name and legacy...
I can live with former enemies teaming up for different reasons (Edge & Orton), with love-hate relations (HHH-HBK), even with makeshift alliances... much less with unexplained and sudden change of hearts.
And the announcers should INDEED acknowledge at least the "main" past rivalries for main eventers.
