Do you know which top SF films these comes from?
"T'was beauty killed the beast."
"I love this town."
"I knew I was cured."
"He'll be alright."
"Ow."
"It's not like that - he's my brother."
"Are you people still here? Don't you have homes."
"Bye, bye."
"He says there's a storm coming." I know."
"This is Ripley, last survivor of the Nostromo, signing off."

I'll give it a shot.
First one is King Kong, second is Ghostbusters, "he'll be alright" I'm pretty sure is Star Wars, isn't "don't you people have homes?" the last line in Caddyshaack? Don't think that's sci-fi though. The last one is Alien.

Actually, the last words of Star Wars(The original) was a Wookie noise. He *was* saying something, but we're not meant to know. Personally, I believe he was saying "My ass itches."
But that's me.

That's funny because I used to wonder what he was saying. Probably "What the HELL bitch, where is my smurfin' Medal!?!"

Is the third A Clockwork Orange? Yes. Yes and no. I thought the phrase actually used was "I was cured, alright!"

Sorry Chewbacca, co-piloting doesn't count.

The last words of a surprisingly large number of people were ‘Stuff the bloody Marquis of Fantailler– ’
[It's probably a tie for first place with "You can't kill me because I've got magic arrgh."]
