Well, not even the best managers can get over some talent. Heyman and Lesnar worked very well, but not even Heyman could get over some of the others he had got saddled with on SmackDown after Lesnar, namely Heidenreich...no matter how much he put into saying his name.

I also believe that a working relationship between Heyman and, well let's be frank, apparently EVERYONE in the wrestling industry is more than a little strained. He strikes me as an "Artist" type when it comes to wrestling and booking, he has his vision and how he wants things to go, but practicalities like business and economics are all a mystery to him.
