Because I loved the original show, Bernie Kopell's cameo in Get Smart as a driver that Max almost runs over made me mark.

Schwarzenegger in Terminator Salvation. The old music playing, the slow pan up to see him as he looked 30 years ago, it was a surreal experience, especially to see it in theaters. The whole theater, which was sold out, all started cheering. It was great.

My favourites have been mentioned already.
Another is Cate Blanchett in 'Hot Fuzz'.
I did not even know that was her until after I saw the film. She plays Nick's crime scene clean up ex girlfriend.
Also Peter Jackson has a funny cameo as well (Santa Claus).

The whole theater, which was sold out, all started cheering. It was great. Also Uncle Arnie at the beginning of The Rundown. And I like all the Stan Lee cameos in the Marvel films. I always keep an eye out for Stan in Marvel films, even when he played himself in that crappy sequel to the Fantastic Four films.

Also, Sarah Silverman in Way of the Gun. Only decent part of that wretched movie. www.youtube.com/watch?v=66xK8fw1qc0Only linking because it gets really excessive with the cursing.

Don Rickles in Dirty Work I love that he adlibbed most of that, Norm and Artie couldn't stop laughing, and during the end credits you get to see the outtakes when he starts ripping Norm out of character and then he rips on Bob Sagat.

My favorite cameo is Don Ameche and Ralph Bellamy reprising their "Trading Places" characters in "Coming to America".

In reference to that poster who gave us Robert Patrick's cameo in WW, how about that one shot in Last Action Hero at the LAPD precinct where we don't just get Patrick, but also Sharon Stone from Basic Instinct?

How about the altogether greatest cameo movie ever? The Player easily. The best movie ever made about movies AND one of the Top 50 movies ever made, I'd say.
