I really wanted to see ROH or TNA do this with PWG. I'm not sure how well it would work in WWE. Considering they have a good bit of guys from Texas, the mid-west, Canada, etc.

It's an idea. A horrible idea, but at least it's an idea.

Dosen't that break the TV-PG barrier? Then again, it'll probably be a friendly rivalry, like the show "Family Feud".
P.S. it's spelled F-E-U-D

They need to do an All-Star PPV where wrestlers from the South take on wrestlers from the North in a Civil War styled Tournament.

They need to do an All-Star PPV where wrestlers from the South take on wrestlers from the North in a Civil War styled Tournament. License to print money! Seriously, put them in full uniform and have Jimmy Wang Yang leading the South. Although, I think the South would outrank the North by a longshot. Still, the North has HHH and Cena which is pretty much checkmate. (And Vince hates to be reminded of his southern roots.)

They already did one: Tyler Reks vs. Zack Ryder. Nobody cared and rightfully so.

Because you pick up Edge and Christian if you do where they live.

Because you pick up Edge and Christian if you do where they live. But the U.S. would pick up Chris Jericho if we're going by where they were born. And lord knows who'd get kayfabe Kofi Kingston... But hey, let the east and west coast guys kill each other. Then one man will stand victorious, not a god among men, but merely...a Saint:

They already did one: Tyler Reks vs. Zack Ryder. Nobody cared and rightfully so. That's just because no one died. Do it right or don't do it all. And then for ten years people can have conversations speculating if Tyler Reks is in fact really alive. You know, conversations ending in laughter and comments like "I sure hope not." Ah, I kid, Tyler Reks. You're my favorite wrestler who I don't care for.
