Kane:
In 2000 on an episode of Smackdown, Jericho accidentally spilled coffee on Kane while talking to The Fink.
In 2007 on an episode of Smackdown, Finlay accidentally spilled coffee on Kane while talking to Jamie Noble.
Undertaker:
At Royal Rumble 1998, after losing a casket match, Undertaker was placed inside a casket which was smashed with an axe and lit on fire by the father-son tandem of Paul Bearer and Kane.
At No Mercy 2005, after losing a casket match, Undertaker was placed inside a casket which was smashed with an axe and lit on fire by the father-son tandem of Bob and Randy Orton.

They've attempted to rehash Austin vs. McMahon more times than I'd care to remember.

Sable and Tori, the obsessed fan.
Trish and Mickie, the obsessed fan.
Then again people preferred the latter one.

They had the same storyline repeated in two nights just recently: Swagger/Miz fighting over Eve was dropped for Shelton/Ryder fighting over Rosa.

Less successful tag team member becomes jealous, betrays partner.

Less successful tag team member becomes jealous, betrays partner. That's just a formula, not a storyline. It is one of the major formulas in pro wrestling. Wrestling is a battle of good vs. evil. Humans the world over put those stories together in basically the same ways. Pro wrestling is no different. But specific angles getting rehashed - with the same thing happening in the same way - are another issue. An example would be if Abraham Washington's show on ECW became a stereotypical black barber shop, with Abe as the barber and Tony Atlas as the old dude in one of the chairs just reading the paper. Then he'd have on MVP and Mark Henry as guests, interview them over what looked to be recent dissension, and then out of nowhere Henry slams MVP and throws him through a window that's part of the set. That would be an example. By the way - can I get some support for my black barber shop idea? I actually think it's pretty good.

How about this? 2002: up-and-comer pale monster Brock Lesnar dominates and becomes Nº1 contender. The Rock, the current champ who is cheered by half of the crowd and booed by the other half, knows he won't lose. Lesnar dethrones The Rock. 2009: up-and-comer pale monster Sheamus dominates and becomes Nº1 contender. John Cena, the current champ who is cheered by half of the crowd and booed by the other half, knows he won't lose. Sheamus dethrones Cena.
