I would have to say Chris Jericho. He won 8 of his 9 IC titles in this decade, 5 world title reigns one of them being the first Undisputed Championship, and all of his tag title reigns, plus the European title which makes him a Grand Slam Champion instead of a Triple Crown Champion. Superstar of the year in 2008 by WWE and PWI and this was probably the best year of any wrestler. HHH may have had more success, but Chris Jericho is over with both marks and smarks. Not too many wrestlers can say that. Usually a wrestler is over with marks and hated by the smarks or vice versa. HHH is loved by marks and hated by much of the IWC. P.S. I am not implying that only marks like HHH. If anything I stated sounds stereotypical or insulting I apologize because that is not my intention. Has Jericho ever held the US title? If so he has held every major title in wrestling in the last 20 years think about it. WCW cruiserweight/tv champ/world champ/tag(considering he was a unified tag champ), WWE/F Euro/IC/tag/world, heck he even has an ECW tv title in their too. So I would definitely put him in the top 5. I would say for wrestler of the decade it would come between Kurt Angle, Edge, HBK and Jericho. Austin and the Rock weren't around for enough of it to win.

Kurt Angle without a doubt. He was major player for pretty much all of 2000's and put on the some of the most still talked about matches of the decade, while continuing to do so. Michaels has put on some great matches, but nowhere near on the consistency that Angle did.

Cena would be the tempting choice since he's been the flagbearer for the company this decade, but my vote would be for HBK. He came back from what was thought to be a career-ending injury, headlined many high profile main events, gave us at least 2 memorable WM matches, and in the process doesn't even look like he's missed a beat. Shawn can still put on a show better than a lot of wrestlers half his age.

Kurt Angle, AJ Styles, and I have a feeling one Chris Benoit would be up there too. HBK and 'Taker transcend generations.

I'd say Christian or Angle. Both were wrestling for the entire decade, put on several four and five star matches, delivered some great promos, and were able to transition effortlessly to new promotions. Both of them were solid gold for ten years.
HBK's time stuck in bad angles, like vs Mcmahon and the spirit squad and this Hornswaggle crap disqualifies him imo.
Jericho is a contender but he took a few years off so that disqualifies him. Same with Rock and Austin for not being there the whole time.

Kurt Angle I suppose but tough to choose between him and HBK. Id say Edge is 3rd he's been pretty reliable all decade, injuries aside obviously.

I'm gonna go against the grain here and say Kane.
Sure, he hasn't had too many spectacular matches, but he's been consistent and over since 1998, putting people over, getting crowd reactions.
Just my personal opinion.

A question:
Kurt Angle was here the full decade right? I mean he took 3 months of in 2003 and then again 3 months in 2006 when he changed companys. But he has been there the entire rest of the time right? Every single week.
If this is true he is my wrestler of the decade

Either Rey Mysterio or Chris Jericho, though I would have included Eddie and Rock but they weren't here for the full decade.

John Cena and Shawn Michaels were who I first thought of, looking at the decade.
